Wasn't Jeep Jeep the name of Popeye's yellow pet?

Wasn't Jeep Jeep the name of Popeye's yellow pet? No, I think that was just Jeep. But that is where the name of the vehicle came from if I'm not mistaken.

This is one of those songs that really gets stuck in your head. There's a vaccine available. My health insurance covered it, so I had the shot and it proved to be a very wise decision. Awful song! Unoriginal, with weak vocals. I don't want this stuck in my head. Good luck, Dustin. Weren't there some songs by the Marie Sisters? Related? I liked one of those.

Weren't there some songs by the Marie Sisters? Related? I liked one of those. To quote Buster and Babs Bunny from Tiny Toon Adventures: "No relation!" (at least none that I can find). For those keeping score, the Marie Sisters were Chaz and Kessie. And I'm guessing the song you were talking about was "Real Bad Mood"? It was their only single before Universal Republic decided country wasn't their thing, screwing over the Marie Sisters and Gabbie Nolen (who?) in the process.

But they signed Eli Young Band so they're not completely 'out' of the country thing.

" Beep Beep , here comes my baby in his jeep jeep". Quite possibly the worst lyric since Bob That Head. ACK! I knew better then to click this when I read the title. One day I'll learn to listen to the voices in my head.....

But they signed Eli Young Band so they're not completely 'out' of the country thing. No, that's Universal South. Universal Republic was Gabbie Nolen, Marie Sisters, and Three Days-era Pat Green. After Three Days, Pat was on Mercury. " Beep Beep , here comes my baby in his jeep jeep". Quite possibly the worst lyric since Bob That Head. ACK! I knew better then to click this when I read the title. One day I'll learn to listen to the voices in my head..... Call it morbid curiosity, but I REALLY am tempted to click play now. Sometimes songs can be so bad they're good.

Oh crap, after reading all these comments I had to go listen. It wasn't horrendous until the chorus started. All that silly rhyming just had me laughing hysterically. What a mess.

I looked up the lyrics, and this isn't what I found:
Creep creep workin' for my label creep creep mentally unstable
weep weep he released this single weep weep it won't do a thing, I'll
deep deep jump into the ocean deep deep 'cause I've got the notion
that my career is done before it got started! Help.
Good thread, though.

Well, I guess maybe I should be glad that VLC won't play this link. Also, Zazie, those parody lyrics were hilarious.

A new song called "Drive It Like I Stole it" will be available to download next week. I think it's on her MySpace, in case you wanna hear it.

A blogger I know well wrote a review of this that was quite rude and unflattering. It is a terrible song though.
