Hope it gets added as a monitored station on Mediabase soon. They have a nice balance of HotAC, Rhythmic and pure pop. CHR chart definitely needs more of this type of station.

Albuquerque's heritage CHR/Pop station (KKOB) is a very good one; they also have a female voice (probably synthesized) which mentions the title & artist of every song they play.
I'm not sure why Albuquerque needs another CHR/Pop station in the first place.
