btw Ken Baker from E!(who usually has good miley sources) seems to think that Miley and Liam are super serious and might get married as soon as she turns 18. I like them and I think Liam's good for her but i really hope thats not true, wait a few years for that, seriously: ryan.kiisfm.com/pages/kenbaker.html

Miley's book was rereleased: teamcyrusus.wordpress.com/2010/01/10/miles-to-go-paperback/“7 Things i’ve done since this book first came out; 1. made a new cd 2. made a new movie 3. hung out with friends and family 4. recorded a song with an old friend 5. saw Hannah Montana get to the big screen! 6. got a goat! (Thanks Daddy!) 7. became addicted to Twitter! (and then deleted it!)” “This is at a new point in my life, and things are totally changing. But like the sunsets I saw on Tybee Island, the miles i’ve already gone are going to stay with me.” – Miley Cyrus ♥

in the first preview, its basically its just a trailer and liam kind of jokes about dating miley:
this clip is Miley talking about When I Look at You, she also said she has another new track on the soundtrack. i think Miley and greg are gonna have great chemistry in this movie:

so is this basically gonna be a rock album then? 8 songs with shanks, that's quite a lot. and she does say WILAY and other rock tracks are pretty much the kind of music she wants to put out anyways.
interesting to see everyone going down the electro path but miley's management decides to take the opposite direction.

i think shanks is actually writing/ producing the entire album with Miley. i'm not sure if this will be officially a rock album but by the way they're talking its definately gonna have rock in it.
i like this path to be honest, the elctro pop isn't her thing.

oh boy if true. shes been wearing that ring for a couple days now. www.okmagazine.com/2010/01/could-miley-cyrus-be-engaged/Could Miley Cyrus Be Engaged? Miley Cyrus may have just be messing with the photogs Thursday — or maybe not? The teen superstar was spotted out in Hollywood sporting a sparkly ring on the fourth finger of her left hand. Considering how serious things seem to be getting with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, it’s already making rumors swirl that the young star is engaged. Hollywood Life reports that the 17-year-old singer and actress was wearing what looked like an engagement ring on her finger on Thursday. Could she already be engaged to her Australian hottie boyfriend and co-star Liam, who’s 19-years-old, even though they only met on set of The Last Song in June? Well, it would be hard to believe, but not impossible to believe. She did just come back from Australia where she reportedly met Liam’s family, Hollywood Life reports. With the end of Hannah Montana in sight and a more mature Miley in the future, maybe she is ready for marriage? Or maybe she was just playing dress-up! heres a picture of what they're talking about:

According to E! Miley not engaged (and I will take E! over OK mag anytime!!) It wouldn't be the first time Miley Cyrus did something a little mature for her 17 years. After HollywoodLife.com ran photos of Miley with a sparkler on her left ring finger, tongues started wagging that she and her 19-year-old Australian hottie of a Last Song costar, Liam Hemsworth, may be getting hitched. And a source extremely close to Cyrus tells E! News the moppet is set on being a young bride… But this is pushing it, even for her. While the starlet may be saying farewell to Hannah Montana, she's not quite ready to give up her singleton status. The insider confirms that Miley is not engaged, but she's "totally in love" and thinks Liam is "the one." (No offense, Nick Jonas and Justin Gaston!) And a trip down the aisle may not be all that far off. Miley sees herself "marrying young," our source says, "but not at 17." Bummer! —Reporting by Ken Baker uk.eonline.com/uberblog/b162331_omg_miley_cyrus_ready_tie_knot.htmlSource: E! Online

When do you think Miley will release her new C.D? I hope its before Aug because i really want Miley to get a Grammy nom this year. yeah me too. and i think around may maybe. also there is gonna be a 5th HM soundtrack. official press release about the final season of HM: PRODUCTION TO BEGIN ON THE MOMENTOUS FOURTH SEASON OF DISNEY'S GLOBAL SENSATION, "HANNAH MONTANA" Two-Part Season Three Cliffhanger Premieres in March Production begins Monday in Hollywood on the fourth season of the global sensation "Hannah Montana," one filled with exciting, pivotal story arcs and event episodes. The hit series' finale episode will air in spring 2011 on Disney Channel U.S. and, shortly thereafter, on Disney Channels around the world, where the total of 101 episodes will continue in daily encore telecasts. Starring Miley Cyrus in the title role, the Emmy-nominated comedy has dominated the kid and tween business and impacted popular culture since its 2006 debut. Its soundtracks are among the biggest, fastest successes the pop charts have seen in years, and the series provided a springboard for the multitalented Cyrus to become an international superstar with projects spanning Disney's television, music, radio, consumer products and film divisions, including a #1 debut movie that grossed nearly $150 million at the global box office. "’Hannah Montana' has defined a generation of kids and tweens - not just as a television event, but as a significant moment in pop culture history. This fourth season is an expression of Miley Cyrus' personal commitment to ensuring that 'Hannah' will live forever in the hearts and minds of kids everywhere," said Gary Marsh, Chief Creative Officer and President, Entertainment, Disney Channels Worldwide. A two-part cliffhanger, "Miley Says Goodbye?," will conclude the current season SUNDAY, MARCH 7 and SUNDAY, MARCH 14 (7:30 p.m., ET/PT both nights) on Disney Chanel. In the episode, which will also be available on DVD from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, Miley Stewart faces the biggest decision of her life – whether to say goodbye to her life in Malibu or to listen to her heart and return to her Crowley Corners ranch and beloved horse Blue Jeans in Tennessee. Meanwhile, Jackson (played by Jason Earles) moves into his own apartment, Lilly (played by actress and recording artist Emily Osment) is contemplating what to do after her mom accepts a job in Atlanta, and Oliver (played by actor and recording artist Mitchel Musso) must decide whether to stay with his two best friends or go on the road to pursue his fledgling music career. The fourth season, debuting on Disney Channel in summer 2010, will introduce all-new songs, music videos and sets. The storyline finds Miley Stewart questioning whether she has the best of both worlds and if she can continue with her alter-ego, Hannah Montana, or leave it all behind forever to be an ordinary girl. The season will include guest stars Ray Liotta ("Goodfellas") and Angus T. Jones ("Two and a Half Men"), among others. "Hannah Montana" has delivered all-time high levels in Total Viewers and has virtually matched its Season Two high ratings among Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14. In 2009, "Hannah Montana" was Disney Channel's #1 series in Total Viewers and Tweens 9-14, and No. 2 in Kids 6-11. Ranking a dominant #1 in its Sunday 7:30 p.m. time period, "Hannah Montana" placed among TV's Top 10 programs in both target kid demos in 2009. The "Hannah Montana" brand continues to be the dominant tween juggernaut at retail, across all categories. The four hugely successful "Hannah Montana" soundtracks have sold 12 million CDs (one made history as the first TV soundtrack to debut on the Billboard Top 200 and the most recent feature film soundtrack ranks among the top albums released in 2009), as well as popular episodic compilation DVDs, a junior novel series, apparel, accessories and video games. In addition to the #1 "Hannah Montana The Movie" grossing nearly $150 million at the global box office, Miley Cyrus headlined a sold out concert tour in which she performed songs from the series, as well as songs that introduced her as a new solo recording artist. That tour also delivered a 3D concert film, "Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert," in Disney Digital 3-D, which is the #1 concert film of all time. Miley Cyrus can next be seen headlining in Touchstone Pictures "The Last Song," to premiere in theatres in April 2010. Starring are Miley Cyrus as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana, Emily Osment as Lilly Truscott, Jason Earles as Jackson Stewart, Billy Ray Cyrus as Robby Stewart and Moises Arias as Rico. Mitchel Musso will reprise his role as Oliver Oken in a special guest appearance.

www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/2826068/Scramble-to-showcase-The-Suns-Haiti-charity-single-at-Brit-Awards.htmlBOSSES at the Brit Awards were last night sensationally scrambling to showcase The Sun's Haiti charity single during next month's glittering ceremony. The race came as Bon Jovi rushed to join the music industry Who's Who performing on the track in aid of the Caribbean earthquake victims. The US rock legends completed a stunning line-up that already boasted Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Take That, Westlife, Mariah Carey and Rod Stewart. Brits chiefs - who had practically finalised the tight schedule for the show on February 16 - held an unprecedented summit with production staff to include the all-star cast's poignant rendition of REM's Everybody Hurts. source confirmed: "A special production meeting was called to reconsider the running order to include the song. "It's something that has NEVER happened before. But the events in Haiti have made everybody sit up and take notice." The song's amazing cast could even be seen performing the single LIVE. Failing that, the aim is to show a video of them. The single will boost our Helping Haiti appeal - which thanks to The Sun's big-hearted readers has topped £1million. Its release is being masterminded by X Factor boss Simon Cowell, who set a target date of February 8 to get it on sale. Meanwhile Miley Cyrus recorded her contribution in Los Angeles. Here in the UK Cheryl Cole performed her turn at London's Northern Sky studios. Also taking the microphone - at the capital's SARM studios - were Rod Stewart, James Morrison, Mika, Alexandra Burke and Susan Boyle. Susan said of the Haiti horror: "It is terrible what has happened and what is still happening. "I'm very honoured to join all these big names and be given the chance to do something."

Edge = limitation. He among most Pop producers of the 00's have produced too many songs where you say almost. It's like you hear something that could result in a good tune when it cuts back and leaves you dissatisfied. I know that's what I get among many others from my understanding. Somebody had to say it so I will. If you go you gotta go all the way. An artist doesn't follow trends, you set them: you want to produce the best possible. Innovation: yes, limitation: no. A good song is a good song. This is why the 00's will be forgotten and the other decades remembered. I'll be keeping an eye on this Miley Cyrus project, the description sounds interesting. I'll have to see what she can do with an album like this to further comment on that.

E! and AH';s both confirmed Miley would be on the remake of We Are the World. I'm really happy to see her being asked to be all these charity tracks. she deserves it www.accesshollywood.com/taylor-swift-and-kanye-west-to-team-up-for-we-are-the-world-remake_article_28341LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kanye West will have the chance to let Taylor Swift finish on Monday. A source has exclusively confirmed to Access Hollywood that the two musicians – who faced off in an infamous incident at last year’s MTV Video Music Awards — will be among those participating in Quincy Jones’ remake of the 1985 charity anthem, “We Are The World,” at a recording session the day after the Grammys. Celine Dion, Wyclef Jean, Miley Cyrus and Sugarland will also join the all-star production, the source told Access. Quincy, himself, recently spoke out on the re-recording to E! Online, stating, “It’s the 25th anniversary and it’s perfect timing…It’s not an accident, man. That’s God. It will be ‘We Are The World’ for Haiti.” The 1985 track, recorded to provide humanitarian aid to Africa, was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie and also featured performances by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Tina Turner and Diana Ross, among others. The news of a possible remake was first reported by The Hollywood Reporter’s Showbiz 411 earlier this month. According to E!, other potential performers on the track include Jennifer Hudson, Will Smith, Jason Mraz, Sheryl Crow, Mya and Justin Bieber, though Quincy said it’s still in the works. “I want to get a final list before I put it out,” Quincy said. And with Michael Jackson in mind, Quincy told the site he plans to discuss his relationship with the late King of Pop in a CNN special, though he is not participating in the planned Grammy tribute to the singer. A number of musicians have contributed to Haiti relief already, with the “Hope For Haiti Now” digital album hitting No. 1 on the Billboard charts this week – the first digital-only compilation to do so.

heres the trailer for the orginal french version of this movie: www.variety.com/article/VR1118014375.html?categoryid=13&cs=1Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore are circling the English-language remake of Gallic smash "L.O.L.: Laughing Out Loud." Mandate Intl. is handling international sales on the project, which original helmer Lisa Azuelos is set to write and direct. Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher of Double Feature Films are producers. Romain Le Grand and Nathan Kahane are exec producers. Pic tells the story of a 15-year-old girl who, dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend, sets her sights on his best friend. At the same time, her 40-year-old divorcee mother is struggling to move on with her life. The fraught relationship between mother and daughter provides the film with its narrative backbone, along with the younger generation's obsession with instant messaging. French version, released last year by Gallic mini-major Pathe, was a sizeable hit, grossing more than $20 million. In that version Sophie Marceau and Christa Theret starred as the bickering mother and daughter. CAA packaged the project, set up the financing and is handling North American rights.

I don't know if this has been posted but I'm a Rob Thomas fan and thought I would post this here. I'm interested to hear the song. Rob is big friends with Adam Shankman who I believe produced a movie Miley was in. It could be this movie but I'm not sure since I don't follow Miley's career. Anyway, I know Rob and Miley had tweeted earlier in the year about writing together. Looks like she just recorded a Rob penned song...probably no time to really sit down and write together. Miley Cyrus 'When I Look at You' - New Song Posted on Jan 28th 2010 9:46AM by Sara D. 'When I Look at You' is Miley Cyrus' second single from her 2009 'The Time of Our Lives' EP. A Wal-Mart exclusive, the extended play was compiled to coincide and promote her clothing line with French Designer Max Azria. You may have also heard the pop ballad on the movie trailer for 'The Last Song.' Based on a novel by acclaimed author Nicholas Sparks, the film stars Cyrus -- an ambitious 17-year-old musician who struggles to rekindle her talent and reconnect with her estranged father. The Rob Thomas-penned song -- about falling in love -- fits perfectly with Cyrus' voice, and for an artist transitioning from a Disney figure to a young adult. With lyrics like : "When my world is falling apart / When there's no light to break up the dark / That's when I, I, I look at you," you can't help but join the Miley fan club and hope for another chart-topping single, such as her most recent and successful dance hit 'Party in the U.S.A.' 'The Last Song,' including co-stars Kelly Preston and Greg Kinnear, is slated for an Apr. 2 theater release. To hear the new single, go to AOL Radio's Fresh 40 station. www.aolradioblog.com/20...-when-i-look-at-you/
