Their album dropped last month in the States and now they are sending this song out to CHR/Pop. Listed under AllAccess cool new music. With some push & promo, I see this hitting Top 20.

I really like this song, although it's best in small doses. I saw this song on AllAccess a couple days ago. I was excited, but a lot of songs are listed under Cool New Music with no effect. I hope that's not the case for this one, though! I didn't know the album only recently dropped in the states; that definitely increases the chances of this impacting pop radio. I hope it does!

I love Bulletproof! Hopefully it'll become a hit in the US.

This is catchy as hell, but it's probably too Euro-sounding, orthodoxically synth Pop to really make it in the US.

I think this can work in the USA. It's got a noteable Prince vibe (or at least some of their stuff does).

I personally don't think this song will do much, although I do like it.

I really hope that this is huge. same here. i have absolutely no idea what do make of its chances though. could be just what the market longs for these days but might go under just as well. apparently the album was pretty much off the radar.

If September could impact with "Cry For You," this should easily be able to surpass that performance.

I find the song and the singer extremely annoying.

I think it'll peak just shy of the top 10. It's a very very catchy song and gets alot of club play. I could possibly see this hitting top 10 depending on how well this is promoted ~ I had hoped for a while they would release to CHR and I'm very happy. They are so different to everything else on CHR... hopefully that wont be too polarizing.

This is great news. I hope it's at least a moderate hit stateside. Now seems like a good time for CHR to welcome an act like La Roux.

There are so many songs that are better thing this and also catchier then this from the album. I'm Not Your Toy, Cover My Eyes, Colorless Color, are all more memorable songs then this. I would say her album is to euro-sounding for U.S. In For The Kill, Quicksand and this are way too much for the states at the moment.
I think Little Boots could do really well here though.

Oh, this is MUCH better than the crapfest that is 'In For The Kill'. I don't care for the singer either but I downloaded it for free as it was the Single of the Week on iTunes a few weeks back.

Out of "In For The Kill", "I'm Not Your Toy", "New In Town" and "Remedy" this is my least favourite, but also the one with the most US hit potential. I think it could be big if it was featured in an iPod commercial or something. I find the song and the singer extremely annoying. For what I'm sure will the first of many times, La Roux is a band, not a solo artist.

"Bulletproof" is more immediate than all those and is probably the wisest choice to introduce them to CHR. "I'm Not Your Toy" is excellent but would work best as the follow-up single. While I like "Cover My Eyes" or "Colourless Color," I don't believe they are single-worthy.

I remember all the songs I listed and Tigerlily more then I remember Bulletproof. I'm Not Your Toy is also explicitly more memorable then this is. I would say CME and CC are the stand out mid-tempo/ballads of the album.

I think "Bulletproof" has the most memorable hook of all La Roux's songs. Expect to see many Facebook status' quoting it if it takes off in the US, Monroe. ;)

Cause Facebook quotes are akin to song popularity in the U.S. .
