She should be debuting this weekend, probably in the 20's. They will probably still play her, just wait.

Top 10 would be a bit too generous. Top 20 debut, for sure.

And would "Gives You Hell" please leave already? It's driving me nuts that it just keeps clinging to the bottom end of the chart (5th week in a row that it's been in the first, 40-38, segment of the show).

Is AT40 just getting so sloppy with their "breakouts" now that it's okay if they miss the chart completely? First Green Day, now possibly Ester Dean.

Whether or not the Breakouts actually chart isn't a big deal to me. I think what annoys me the most is that if a Breakout doesn't chart the week after it's played, they have to keep playing it ad nauseam. Was it really necessary to play "Drop It Low" as an extra for a third week in a row? Either chart it or don't. That second slot would've been better served by a second Breakout (like, say, "3").

Not sure about that. The show seems to be two weeks behind instead of one like it used to be. I think that started with the chart on which Taylor Swift was #1.
I'm currently listening to the show and they're up to the Top 30. I think it'll probably debut in the 21-30 range (I haven't looked at the posted chart yet).
