I was just wondering, why is this station overlooked, yet its cousin KAMP receives so much attention?

Love this station! It's like z100's hot younger sister.

Looking at their playlist I already notice three things wrong with it.
- Their power rotation is ~130 spins - They have five songs in power rotation - Two of those five songs are by Jay-Z
Horrible.

Z100 is New York's #1 Hit music station. 92.3 doesn't even come close.

This station used to be awful, but they're starting to get better. They used to ignore pretty much anything that wasn't something you would hear on a rhythmic station, but they're starting to diversify their playlist a bit, with Owl City, Taylor Swift, Kings of Leon, and Kelly Clarkson getting decent play. I can actually excuse them being a CHR now, but their play counts are still ridiculous and their playlist is still kinda bland.

I heard them spinning IDNHU and MLWSWY to a good extent while I was home over the summer, actually. It wasn't AS rhythmic as I thought it was, though they did also play Blame It like every other second

It's ridiculous that they up the tempo of the songs so much that the key changes.

Love the fact that they're spinning "Infinity" a few times per day. It's about time that song got some love from American CHRs.
As of now, it's a decent rhythmic-leaning CHR. I see some potential if they start breaking more new songs like KAMP does. It's still no Z100 though.
