Has anyone here heard of the band Vedera? They're not that well known, so I kinda wanted to introduce them to y'all. The band is fronted by the insanely talented Kristen May, known for her powerful, clear vocals. They started off as a rock band but their new album stages is much more of a pop-rock album. I think pulse members would really like this band! Anyways, anyone who watches The Hills will probably recognize their music. The show has been so kind to them and has played so many of their songs. In fact, the band themselves were even featured in an episode, lol. The reason I make this thread now is that for this week, their new single 'Satisfy' is the current Free single of the week on Itunes!!! So please download it and give it a listen. It's FREE!!!Here's the music video: If you like the song, then you'll LOVE the rest of the album,'STAGES' only $5.99 on Itunes!! Spread the Vedera word! This band totally has what it takes to make it!

I actually like the song We Sing a lot after hearing it in Hot Topic. :X I've downloaded their album...but have yet to listen to it. I wonder if I'll like them as much as I like the song We Sing. They sound pretty talented.

Yay, a reply! lol
You should definitely hurry up and listen to the album lol, it's great! I've been stanning for them for like 2 years now, ever since they supported Eisley on tour (like, my fave band ever). Kristen's voice is amazing.
If you love We Sing, you'll like the rest of the album. There are a lot of great songs on it. My faves are 'Look Around', 'Greater Than', 'Loving Ghosts' and the itunes bonus track 'Move Forward'. Actually the chorus of 'We Sing' is taken from a song on their first album 'The Weight of an Empty Room' called 'Song For a Friend'. And their single 'Satisfy' is taken from another song on their first album. I guess they have a habit of taking old songs and building new songs on some of the old lyrics, lol.
In fact, there are somany radio-friendly songs on it, I'm surprised they haven't made it big yet.

haha. Eisley is AMAZING! I own their Combinations CD, one of my favorites of all time, and their Fire Kite EP. They are so great live.
That's good to hear! Interesting. Not too many bands rework parts of old songs but that intrigues me a bit.
I'm making it a priority to listen to this album today. I love female-fronted bands especially pop/alternative ones.
