Sorry, I'm a little out of the loop but is Call You Tonight going to be released? That is like the best song ever!

I think that "A Song For You" would do well internationally Me too. That would be sweet if it gets released. I really want to hear her sing this version live.

Here's a video of her arriving to DC for the Honors. The paparazzi is crazy! All asking her if she regrets naming her daughter Bobbi Brown.

The paps are past crazy towards her. That guy kept asking her about Rihanna. Seeing her in this clip, she appears normal and even gives that guy an autograph compared to the crap that Media fakeout and bossip wrote about her regarding the stills.

I think this era Whitney's been showing her legs more than ANY ERA EVER! They look hot too. They used to be all skinny and knocked kneed. Now they look amazing! She must have been hitting the gym for the past year or so.

It's all over twitter that Whitney's make up artist, Roxanna Floyd, died today. :o I really hope it's not true!! :( I think it is though...... :(
She's a very well known, respected make up artist and has worked with so many people. She's been with Whitney since 1995 and did all of her make up for this era. :( :(

Can't wait for this tour. I wanna see what kind of dancing, to which songs, the kind of video screens that she will be using etc
I'm thinking dancers to: IWDWS HWIL MLIYL NBL MDB and It's not right but it's okay if she performs that song and MJ tribute either Man in the Mirror or Wanna B Startin' Something

yeah I have a feeling she'll do an uptempo MJ number on the tour, especially after choosing some of his dancers to go out on the road with her, as well as MAN IN THE MIRROR.
I got the Deluxe Anniversary of the debut album last night at Best Buy, there was only 1 copy left! and when I went to Target there was none left. I don't know how much Arista shipped out, but there sure isn't a lot on the shelves, unless it's getting picked up that quick. There has been commercials for it afterall.
I love the new letter Whitney wrote in the album's booklet. & that I AM CHANGING performance = epic!!!!

Yep, I don't think that Arista shipped alot of the cds as it is a re-release and it's an older album. I ordered from Amazon but I was in 2 Walmarts and they had 11 -Superwalmart, 6 regular walmart, 4 or 5 regular Target earlier this week.
I think that they should have shipped a few more due to what you said, tv advertising. I've heard that ads were on LOGO, BRAVO, BET, during The View etc so...
Hopefully, it makes top 50 or better on the albums charts.
Can't wait to see what this tour will look like. I'm sure that kinks will have to be worked out in the beginning but by the time it gets to Europe, it should be well oiled.

Yep, I have seen it advertised over the past couple of weeks. If it even goes top 100, I'd be happy for the reissue anyway. Isn't she in the midst of the world tour now? Supposedly "Nothing But Love" is the next international single. Good choice, but "For The Lovers" or "A Song For You" would be much better choices.

Whitney added a New Zealand show
Whitney Houston to Perform at Bowl of Brooklands
Press Release: New Plymouth District Council
Whitney Houston to Perform at TSB Bowl of Brooklands
New Plymouth’s TSB Bowl of Brooklands will host music’s greatest modern diva in her first-ever New Zealand show in March.
Whitney Houston, the most-awarded female artist in music history, will perform an exclusive one-night-only show at the Bowl on Saturday 6 March (Taranaki Anniversary Weekend) – little more than two months after Fleetwood Mac’s two sold-out shows at the venue.
Whitney Houston Announces NZ Tour 31/01/2010
Since her debut album Whitney Houston in 1985, Whitney has inspired millions through her soaring voice and her ground-breaking feats as a singer.
“It is a massive coup to get Whitney Houston to New Zealand. She has never performed here before and now she is touring with all of her hit songs – and there are a lot of them,” says NPDC Manager Business Development – Events Garry Sharpe-Young.
“The TSB Bowl of Brooklands is the perfect venue for her. The combination of New Zealand’s most beautiful venue and Whitney Houston will make for a magical evening.”
Mayor Peter Tennent says the city will pull out all the stops to make the experience a memorable one for visitors.
“We’re hosting Whitney Houston on behalf of New Zealand and we’ll make sure both Whitney and every audience member has the time of their lives while they’re in New Plymouth,” says the Mayor.
An exclusive TSB Bank customer pre-sale will take place on Tuesday 2 February. General public tickets go on sale on Monday 8 February through Ticketmaster.
“Fleetwood Mac’s two December shows sold out lightning-fast, which shows how eager people are to see top-flight international acts at the Bowl,” says Mr Sharpe-Young.
Whitney Houston has more than 400 awards, including two Emmy Awards, seven Grammy Awards, 24 Billboard Music Awards and 22 American Music Awards.
She is the only artist to chart seven consecutive number one Billboard Hot 100 hits (Saving All My Love For You, How Will I Know, Greatest Love Of All, I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Didn’t We Almost Have It All, So Emotional and Where Do Broken Hearts Go).
She is also the first female artist to enter the Billboard 200 album chart at number one (her second album Whitney in 1987), and the only artist with seven consecutive multi-platinum albums (Whitney Houston, Whitney, I’m Your Baby Tonight, The Bodyguard Soundtrack, Waiting To Exhale Soundtrack, The Preacher’s Wife Soundtrack and My Love Is Your Love).
Her classic song from the movie The Bodyguard, I Will Always Love You, is still the best-selling single by a female solo artist.
Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lyndsey Buckingham named the first of their two December concerts at the Bowl as among the top-five concerts of his career.
“The Bowl truly is a special venue on the international tour market, for both performers and the audience,” says Mr Sharpe-Young. “Whitney’s concert will be an unforgettable experience.”

LOL, I loved the show. I was very scared when Whitney got out of her seat and started moving very crazily in the front row. However, I did love her speech. Whitney took us all to CHURCH. Jennifer Hudson's "I Will Always Love You" was good too - she did her best to stay as close to Whitney's version as possible.

Whitney took me to church. For those who don't know, Whitney is keyed into the Gospel community and has lots of friends there besides CeCe Winans and her family. Kim Burrell was there in Whitney's time of need when she was going through stuff and BET suprised her by bringing Kim out.
***DEATH at Whitney shouting to Kim 'Ohhhhh , You better sannng that song! ' Funny. It's clear that she was moved and Ms. Whitney don't care who's watching. She's real especially when it comes to her faith. I wanted to hear her sing more of 'Guide me O Thou Great Jehovah' and they cut the clip. I remember her singing part of it on Arsenio show.
Her speech was simple but powerful' let's lift each other up not only in her trials and tribulations but also in our triumphs'
Loved it!
Mad at BET for not showing her 2mil plaque presentation for album sales, loved Ne-yo calling her Ms. Houston and bowing down and 2 face Puffy escorting her up the stairs.
Finally BET does a decent/classy show.

I' ve seen that in church a million times. I've done it to...it's when something hits you, you fell it and you are so moved to let it out and to express it. Most stars wouldn't allow themselves to be exposed on tv like that to be judged but I have to say Whit doesn't seem to care when it comes to her faith. She says, that is what brought her through so...
