With This Love doing as well as it is, I see no reason why this will not follow in its footsteps and be an AC success. It's really a great song and probably more AC-friendly than its predecessor. I can see it at least going to the Top 10. Predictions?

Might suffer from airplay for This Love if release too early. And by "too early" I mean anytime from now until Jan 2005.

I could see this one hitting #1 by this time next year.

"This Love" is one single I will never understand why it made this format! >:(
"She Will Be Loved" should be the obvious AC hit for the band. It is a ballad. AC listeners love ballads in particular, not bouncy pop songs that declare to "keep her coming every night" and being "so hard to keep her satisfied".
"She Will Be Loved" is the type of love song AC will gobble up. This sounds like a clear #1.
I sure hope "This Love" experiences a huge plunge in spins and this finds its way onto the chart. But knowing how slow the chart is, I fear it may be more unlikely.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

"She Will Be Loved" will probably be lost in the shuffle while AC is clamouring over "This Love".

1 year waiting list for AC #1's, lol That reminds me of my queue numbers for files on eMule. I think "This Love" is every bit the superior song. I don't see why anyone would say that it doesn't fit the AC format. And it's going to hit #1 by year's end. Think of it as this year's "Unwell" on the AC chart.

Think of it as this year's "Unwell" on the AC chart. It's already number two on the AT10 chart. It'll probably go to number one there sooner than on the R&R chart.

Dick Clark played it as the preview on the US Music Survey this week. He mentioned it moved 26-22.

Dick Clark played it as the preview on the US Music Survey this week. He mentioned it moved 26-22. He made a slight faux pas, as the song moved 26-23 that week.

John Mayer is your new #1 @ Hot AC in R&Rs final issue of the year, ending 'SWBL's multi-week (13?) spree at #1.
