so, my spreadshead would be like this
WK 2W LW TW PK ARTIST Song Title Points 21 05 02 01 01 BRITNEY SPEARS Everytime 503,499
It will have 100 of those for every week, for every different song.
Then under that will be the next week's chart.
Is there anything I can do that will automatically add up every row that has the phrase "Everytime" or "BRITNEY SPEARS Everytime" in it?
(Does anyone understand what I'm asking)

I understand that.. I'm not sure, there may or may not be a formula I don't know of. Is "BRITNEY SPEARS Everytime" or "Everytime" in its own cell (not one whole cell with the full stats)? If it is, what you could do is sort the spreadsheet by the column that it's in, and then it would be easy to know where the Everytimes are, and just highlight the cells with the points in it and the total will show in the status bar. Does that work or make sense?

That's what I do now, but to do that for EVERY song that has charted in my top 100 takes FOREVER.
Like, i want to know if there's a function that will take all the rows that have duplicate data in the Artist and Song cells and tally up their Points cell automatically for EVERY song.

I understood that, but I don't really think there's a function. There might be some Excel support forums? Another alternative is to set up a column for each week and a row for each songs, and post the chart runs in there, and get an autosum thing, which is what I do for my EOY lists.
