Sounds like a response to Bleachers' "Don't Take the Money"

The ending to that sounded like Kanye's Black Skinhead

This is the best song released in 2017 so far. I get chills when that chorus w/ Carly Rae comes up. This should be his career-defining song; definitely better than anything on his first album and obviously far more superior than the first single, both of which were also amazing in their own terms. This song is just gold.

If the new song we are talking about is "Lotus Eater," I hope that is not the first single.

This is their most accessible song of their career and I love it.

This is amazing power pop. Definitely a better lead single than "Thank God for Girls"

The ending starting from the 3:07 mark almost sounds like Third-era Portishead rather than Charli XCX or Icona Pop.

Can I just say how overrated "Perfect" is? It does not compare at all to "Thinking Out Loud" and I doubt it will be that huge.

This doesn't sound like a Jack Antonoff production though.

This sounds more instant for me than Pill, but less EDM so this will just flop.

Major Lazer has been keeping up their streak and I expect this to follow suit. "Cold Water" and "Run Up" has been both stellar.

Chorus of "I Dare You" weirdly reminds me of "I Took a Pill in Ibiza"

Wrong choice. Should have went with "This Must Be My Dream"

Both new songs are kinda letdowns, but still eager for the album.

Still nothing special. Starting to think 2012 was one of the best years in pop in the last decade or so.

Kinda wish Nate Ruess had a larger part in "My Shot" than the "oh oh oh"s; still an amazing song regardless.

This is soooo good despite being different from their debut album material.

I think they have lost it or jumped the shark, maybe both.

I remember when Fueled by Ramen picked them up in 2012 and started promoting them. Didn't think they would become big and I still doubted their impending success when "Stressed Out" was pushed for CHR. Oh how wrong I was.
1. Ride (grower, and now one of my top songs of 2016) 2. Stressed Out 3. Heathens
4. Tear in My Heart 5. HeavyDirtySoul 6. Holding on to You
7. Car Radio 8. House of Gold

Not good at all. Less obnoxious than "Daylight" or TSGHLM but equally bad.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I think the first single is better. This feels disjointed.
