Well, the main version & instrumental filter almost perfectly into a good workable acapella (126 BPM, key of F#m) so bring on the bootleg remixes! Although I really agree with Hot Italian DJ, if the label were to just throw an extended verison out there with a couple 32/32 counts of beats-only intro & outro for us DJ's, there really shouldn't NEED to be any remixes, no? Will that stop me from making my own mashup, just for sh.its & giggles? Probably not *lol*

I spoke too soon....apparently there IS an official (?) extended version that's 5:39 long, but it appears to have been edited by a monkey. The intro is only marginally clumsy (no full beats, just random electro-bleepity type hats, then slams into the full-on production at 0:30 seconds in) but the outro is astonishing in its sloppiness. The two final 32-counts aren't even 32's! each beat section has an extra 16-counts added in, making them 48 count sections for some bizarre reason - simply unbelievable that a mistake this obvious wouldn't get caught by SOMEONE at the label before sending it out. It's great that IDJMG is keeping an eye out for the DJ's, but sh*t at least put someone in charge of the extended mix who actually knows something about MUSIC and RHYTHM next time guys! On a lighter note, fun MJ mashup from me, coming tomorrow....stay tuned!

really really nice! is this official? if it's a booty it's great quality....he seems to use a lot of the album version elements, or at least some of the same chords and sound effects and such. Great job! |

fun! what's your favorite one? from the first listen, I'm liking Mixin Marc mix the most, CCW doesn't really do anything for me, even the Liam Keegan Remix is better than that. I was expecting some hot stuff from Rosabel, it's not bad but it doesn't have that WOW factor IMO, and the Bimbo Jones is ok, nothing to be crazy about. I think I need to listen to the mixes again, but that would be later, I'm vidmixing rite now  |
