Dark Side is simply amazing. I completely take back what I said about the chorus being too different. It works perfectly, that was just my response after 1 listen. Dark Side and WDKY must make the album. If not, I will be forever thankful to have these songs because they are 2 of my favorites.
One thing I have always complained about is that I never have felt Kelly's voice was truly captured in recording to do it total justice. Having seen her live 4 times I feel I can judge, plus watching countless youtube clips and what not of her live performances. I feel Dark Side finally does it! The bridge is everything I love about Kelly's raw voice. I hope that track isn't messed with if it isn't done and on the album. They can add something but don't touch her voice, please!

I'm not a fan of any of the ballads leaked...None of them, besides call me...Have the power sound that Kelly has proved with BOY,AG and cry. BYOH is prob the 2nd best, after call me, but I just can't get into them :/

Her vocals sound stronger on these leaks than on any of her other recorded songs. I'm so happy that she opted out on going with Dr. Luke who is notorious for auto-tuning and that these producers are bringing out the range, power, beautiful tone, and dynamic texture of Kelly's voice. While I have no quarrel with her prior Max/Luke songs, there's something to be said for the idea that if you hire Dr. Luke these days, you get a Dr. Luke song - he's gotta be the star, not the vocalist. Oh and ƒreakshow, don't ever speak ill of Wilford Brimley. ;) |

BYOH is a really good song, and I think it'd make a solid album track. It's just not single material. |

I have been a Kelly Clarkson fan from the beginning. She and Mariah are my girls. I feel really bad for all of the leaks going on, but I have to say - I have been waiting on a track like "Dark Side" from Kelly for a long time. I love, love, love it!
