STOP asking for links/hints/whatever. That is not what this thread is for.For the most part, I love the new DBAGAI. I like the polished production and the layered ooohoohooohs sound great. The only thing I don't like is the way it sounds when Kelly sings "DON'T BE A GIRL ABOUT IT!" during the chorus, it sounds like she's yelling. But otherwise, I love it. I don't want it on the album though, it still sounds like a demo and is a little too cheap-sounding for an album. I'm happy IWICBL got a studio version after all, it's always been one of my favorite pre-show songs. I didn't think Kelly would record it after all this time but I'm glad she did. I thought it was going to turn out like Cry in the end, but it's actually a lot more mellow than I thought. It's a nice song, but I don't think I want it on the album either. I love it as a fan, but the average listener will probably find it dull. did i hear right that racehorse leaked? :| ;)

The way i always hear about leaks:
- Someone gets online and says "Song X leaked. Grrr."
- I google/twitter search for it. Usually find it in a few minutes.
- I come back to the thread and the people who have had the leaks for weeks or months are whining about how much these leaks are going to hurt her new era.
On the one hand I sort of get the high horse. Generally, stans are going to buy the album no matter what. We're just anxious and can't resist hearing some things in advance. But on the other hand, the way some people go on about it feels like they're just bragging or angling for attention. "Ooh, look at me! I have new Kelly songs! But I'm a ~real fan~ so I'm not going to leak them...now let me tell you about them! Here is a list of all the titles! Now I sure hope no one else leaks them. That would be a disaster, especially since I just told you all the titles so now you know what to look for. But they're so good! Oh no, they leaked! Well I had them for months. I guess this shouldn't be a surprise. But be sure to report all links you see (since I already have everything myself now)!"
Just saying, there's a way to express your discontent without being a braggart about it. That's all.

the thing that sucks..is that people are talking non stop about the leaks...and yet there are some other fans who can't hear them...and people won't be kind enough to help (i get the rules) but it just feels mean to everyone who doesn't have the resources or knowledge of knowing how to search. It's like dangling food in front of a dog. :/

The thing is... we're not obligated to help anyone. Board rules clearly state not to ask for leaks, either in threads or through PMs. Before being allowed to join the board, you're required to agree to the rules, therefore everyone should know that.

The main issue with these leaks...I hope everyone here will be a TRUE fan and actually purchase the album when it comes out. This is the bottem line of the leaks. Hopefully this won't affect her sales..a great deal

The mature thing to do would be to keep your mouth shut about having songs for months at a time that us peons aren't worthy of having. When they leak you can talk about them with the rest of us and act as if you just heard them but instead you make the decision to throw in the fact that you've had them for months and yada yada. That is what is immature and it is blatant and obvious when it is done. |

Maybe I need to hear it again, I remember it being awful but maybe I was so shocked by what I was hearing (it sounds like nothing Kelly has done...for sure) that it has tainted my memory.
