Midnite City continue to reign at #1 with "Girls Gone Wild". We also have new, old school Glam Metal from Winger at #2, and fromis _9 moving in for the kill at #3 with "#menow". New to the top 5 ,and no surprise are BB Girls with "One More Time". Also new to the Top 10 are Def Leppard returning with "From Here To Eternity" ,and Against The Current score their second Top 10 on my charts with "Good Guy", and it's a banger. Moving to this week's debuts we see Shinedown with a return splash for their current top 10 hit "Symptom of Being Human". Normally when I return a song it means #1 potential, but since this one hasn't even gone Top 40 yet, I just wanna give it another chance. I have been spinning it more and more ,and it's the best Shinedown since "Cut The Cord". That's the last Shinedown song that went To 10 on my charts. Also new to the chart is Virgin with "Let's Dance". Not Clara Moroni's alias, but the original Tiziana Negrello from the Time Records classic "Tell Me Why". Last but not least anchoring the chart at #60, we have the husband and wife duo of the Dollyrots. The song contains no less than 5 power hooks from Pop Punk classics. I also added the link for my top songs of 2023. So far just a tease of the action, but I will update by Sunday night. As always Red are Debuts. A lot of blue on this weeks chart with many songs getting heavy airplay including Shinedown soaring up the chart from it's return slot of #42 to this week's #27 with "Symptom of Being Human". We have four debuts this week. Joan Jett & The Blackhearts representing the 80's with "Make The Music Go Boom". Hotel Mira are back with a follow up chart hit titled "Dancing In The Moonlight". One of the most popular Eurobeat songs of 2023 from Delta Records very own Gio King makes it debut at #51, and getting chart splash honors is Midnite City with the massive powerballad "Hardest Heart To Break". As we dive into March we see Rock icons Winger steel the crown with their latest Power ballad "It All Comes Back Around" . Kip sounds great on this one and it has that Epic style chorus the band excels in. This one should have a nice run with the crown. Back in the Top 10 we find Against The Current at #9 with "Good Guy" and Nickelback score a third Top 10 hit on my chart with their latest banger "Skinny Little Miss". Three debuts on this week's chart. Paramore are back on the chart with "Big Man Little Dignity" and this is actually my favorite song of their latest album era. Finish Ticket also get a slot on the chart with "Changing" ,and taking Splash hours for the week are Spanish Metal icons Mägo de Oz with their former Metal chart crown song "El Sombrero Loco". HOT LIST: This week I revisited three of the biggest music acts on my charts. Starting off with The Struts. They have a lot of instant Rock anthems on their latest album, but I'm going with the rock type ( I miss my babe ) ballad, "Hands On Me". It has that British Classic Rock vibe you would hear in a Queen song with a little Rolling Stones to balance it out just right. Up next are BB Girls ex Brave Girls. Their latest single is actually a double A-sided single with the breezy, poppy made for summer "Lemonade". The ladies sound and look great in this MV "whoo" indeed. For my last add I go to MisterWives. Finally previewed their latest album ,and I hear no less than four future hits for my charts. I decided to go with "End of My Rope" .
