this chart truly baffles me.

i recently talked to one of the bb reporters and he flat out told me he charts things he has never played before lol.

Well, that's why it's not that important a chart. in the grand scheme of things; it's not like acts reap a major sales benefit from club play. The chart's compiled in the manner Billboard used to compile its pre-BDS Hot 100 Airplay chart (radio stations ranking their top songs, and Billboard assigning a point value to each rank- it was possible that the No. 1 single in airplay was not the most-played track of that week).
