As much as I like Xtina's music, her career is at B-level status at best. Yeah, Britney and Mariah had their low moments, but the public at large cares for those girls. Xtina, not so much. Which is very much her doing. Uh... well, Christina is WAY more sophisticated!  i believe than Xtina can definitely make a comeback, just like Mariah and Britney. Wait and see! |

Though I was disappointed in the CD, I did warm up to WooHoo.
It was annoying at first listen, but I think it could have been a hit but they just dumped the album and released a safe ballad.

I think under different circumstances some songs from Bionic could have performed like some of her singles from Stripped (like, You Lost Me in the age where ballads like that did well or WooHoo like CHUD)
Overall, Bionic was just a weak cd though-really disappointing considering how solid her first three were, give or take. Like, they needed to dump 75% of the cd and start over. I still wish we had gotten the original cd that didn't have Not Myself Tonight on it and also had some of the other more interesting sound collaborations. Cutting the rush job recordings toward the end and adding some of the bonus cuts that were better than the actual cd would have already made it a much better overall project.

Oh man, it's so hard reading the negative comments about the album "Bionic".
From the day I got it, and to this day, I think it's an amazing album, beginning to end...... well, minus the intro crap. I think she sings the hell out of these songs and the production is amazing. I'll never understand the all the hate for "Not Myself Tonight". I still think it's a hot track, and if Gaga would have sang it, it would have easily been a #1 hit. It just wasn't a good comeback song.
The ballads are beyond perfection. I can't decide which is better: I Am, You Lost Me, or Lift Me Up. It's almost a turn on when I listen to "Sex For Breakfast". lol.
The production on "Bionic" and "Elastic Love" are amazing.
............yeah, I can keep going on and on. I still love this album and (other than the intros), there isn't one song I skip. There aren't many albums that I can listen to each song without skipping a track.

Bionic was alright. The thing with it was when she hit, she hit HARD. But the misses were terribly awful, and unfortunately they outweighed the brilliant tracks.
