Already added this to rotation on my iPod as well! :) Hope we get a nice amount of adds today. Yesterday we got 5 on Top40 and 3 on Rhythmic.

They really should create some kind of radio edit. Instead of sex they can say "Love" Love in the air I dont care I love the smell of it. Thats the only logical edit I can think of. |

There are other things to consider bar radio performance. A single can only have so much mileage as far as impacting album sales goes. That's the point of a single. Both WMN and OG have been in rotation for a good few months now, so regardless of any of other songs Rihanna's featured on that are impacting, as far as Loud is concerned, it's time to move on. WTC shouldve been a bonus track on LOUD though :( Yeah but it's not. It's a David Guetta single. Thus has no impact on Loud's sales - or its promotion. So... |

33 is the number when you count the adds on Monday as well. I was only counting the ones that occurred after the adds date. Case solved :)

I don't believe there needs to be a radio edit for this. There's no cursing and the sexual references isn't any worse than other songs on the radio right now or in the past, and certainly in the future. Hell, if most stations in the U.S. played "If U Seek Amy," then I'm sure they aren't going to care much about this one either. I mean, even if "sex" is edited to "love," the lyrics in the chorus are "SSS&MMM." I believe that's WAY more suggestive than "sex in the air...," and it's basically the whole meaning of the song summed up in three seconds. So any edit would be kind of stupid and pointless.  |
