While I doubt this type of song would ever get released to Pop now, it would have been nice to hear it released to like Adult Contemporary or something. Sigh, I miss the days when Disney songs were on the radio.

Her past couple of singles ("I Could Break Your Heart Any Day of the Week", "Nothing That You Are" & "Extraordinary") did manage some minimal airplay on some stations. Sadly, they should've gotten more, as her musical style has grown.

I was at a video bar last week and the VJ played "Candy" and the crowd was so young, that I don't think anyone knew who it was, but I was singing along. :)
Very much looking forward to Mandy on the Oscars telecast singing this beautiful duet. I'm sure they'll try to re-stage it with the lanterns (hopefully) and really capture the magic of the film.

Sigh, I miss the days when Disney songs were on the radio. It's a pleasant song but I don't see that ever being on radio (I haven't gotten a chance to see Tangled yet). And I could be wrong, but I think the last song specifically written for an animated Disney movie song was Treasure Planet's I'm Still Here. I think that nabbed #10 on Hot AC back in '02/'03.
