Wow Britney barely made it in top 10. I guess next week she will be out of the top 10 and hopefully the video will impact some sort of boost back in. Here's to hoping she can at least be #10 again next week...unlikely though (unless Rihanna and Dr. Dre fall out of the top 10).

Blackeyed peas should see a surge back into the top 10 next week with the time.

Actually it's top songs under #100 excluding songs which have already charted on the Hot 100, although that's just a technicality.
That's why you can't really say the song that's #5 on Bubbling Under is the #105, since there might be songs ahead of it that are excluded due to that rule.
