J.Lo is 41, and past her commercial peak, so no matter the digital sales, she's unlikely to score BIG radio play. While Madonna's "Hung Up" fared better than "On the Floor" at radio, the strong sales did not impact airplay much, as it peaked at No. 42 on Hot 100 Airplay.

With the Idol exposure, though, the digital sales could be up there for a couple of weeks, at least.

Of course that would require Born This Way to lose considerable digital sales since her AI impressions are likely to keep the song a strong contender for number one for some time. But it would be amazing for her to achieve her tenth number one at 23 and her second album (first w/o re-release) to score 3 number ones.

Tracks that do not get notable airplay before then likely will not go on to be decent radio hits (and that's bheen shown many times).
