GaGa still has her physical sales though . I don't think it will be enough. I would predict about 9k next week in physical single sales. Physical sales wont be hight this week and Gaga digital sales seems lower too. Her pop bars were very close to Rihanna last week but this week the gap is big. I think the fight will be between Katy and Rihanna. Rihanna airplay is big and she is getting huge updates. |

GaGa is releasing the "Country Roads Version" of BTW tomorrow. I think it's a stripped down version? Interested to see how this will affect next week with only 2 days.

If the rumors of Rihanna doing American Idol next week are true however, it could give her the digital boost she needs for the week following. . I would honestly be shocked if Idol would let her perform S&M |

I would honestly be shocked if Idol would let her perform S&M They can always make some modifications if they are that concerned, but I wouldn't be surprised if they keep it the same since it's Rihanna. |

I'm sorry but I really do not understand when users say this. Just because you personally do not like a song does not mean it doesn't deserve to be the #1 song. If it gets enough chart points to chart on the Hot 100 @ #1 then it deserves to be there. It's not even like she's discounting the price of the song to .29 cents or repressing the song until airplay rises. It's gotten to #1 on its own merits. |
