This is like a blog and its Carries best to date... We always knew that Romo and Chase were jerks and heres the comfirmation... The title of the Blog should be "LOVE GONE RIGHT" Because its Mike that makes a blog like this possible because he has given her something that money and fame and awards can never give her... He has given her unconditional LOVE and it shows in everything Carrie does in her life now including this Blog(!)

Remind Me is almost knocking at the top ten door. It is at #12 for the week and gets the Greatest Gainer award.

Oh, hell yes! Video timmmmmeee! She looks gorgeous, for one, and I always love those silly faces of hers. Looks like it's being filmed in either a) a desert, or b) a sandy/secluded beach.

I hope the video is sexxxy. Picture this: Carrie strolling across the beach in a barely-there bathing suit, lying next to the shore as the incoming waves splash against her toned body, simulating sex w/ Brad.....#oop going too far!
Anywayz, someone over at CFANS brought up the idea that Carrie might record a sequel to 'Remind Me' for her upcoming album. Kinda like how Alicia Keys has her 'Empire State Of Mind (Part II) Broken Down' & Rihanna has a 'Love The Way You Lie (Part II)'. I think that could be nice, if done right.

Anyways, Brad Paisley will be on The Voice tomorrow night. Could this mean a surprise appearance by Carrie to give RM the national performance? I can't imagine him singing This is Country Music or Old Alabama. The only one I could see him doing is Don't Drink the Water with Blake Shelton, and I'm praying that it's not going to be that.

If this ever happened I'd shit myself. PRAYS PRAYS PRAYS!!! Carrie has never really been a "surprise" guest in her career thus far... Not to my knowledge at least... It'd be great to have Blake, Miranda, Brad, and Carrie there to represent Country music!

It is going to be that. The Voice seems to be all about the judges singing more then the contestants.

I can't see them performing "Remind Me" anywhere but the CMAs. Which is unfortunate being that the song is already exploding as it is without any sort of promotion - a couple televised performances could push it that extra mile. Whatever, though. Hopefully they hold off releasing the video 'til RM is closer to the top spot. I just really want this song to be all that it can be.

Ugh, so it is Don't Drink the Water. That song is so god-awful. Easily the worst off of TICM for me. And I really wish there was some way to get the song out on national television. It'd just give it more power at the top spot, not that it won't have a lot when it gets there. However, a live performance of it on a very big, mainstream special would help so much. The CMAs are too far away for it to have any effect on the song or its chart run. And I agree with Typo -- the video needs to be released closer towards RM's peak to help it stay around on top. The label can't pull the crap they did with Brad's Old Alabama where they released it after it was starting to fall from its peak.

Yep, the video shoot was in the desert today. (This is Carrie's makeup artist.) twitter.com/#!/makeupmelissa/status/85587586101424128 "Just got back from a long video shoot in the desert! It was 110 degrees but it's gonna be amazing. Loving the new Temptu body glow"

Carrie blogged: - Pretty much confirmed that she and Brad will be portraying the protagonists in the "Remind Me" music video. She joked about how difficult it was for two goofballs to be all lovey-dovey towards one another.
- Some new music was played for the label, they responded by 'flipping out'.
- She will be heading into the studio in the upcoming weeks.
- Insisted that she's still taking her time with this album, it's just that there's already some 'rock-solid' songs that she might as well get to recording.
- She doesn't believe the album is quite there yet, though. So, she will continue writing in order to 'fill in the gaps' in the meantime.
- Mentioned that she's been sitting on some of these songs for quite awhile and she can't wait to share them with us.
- Concludes the blog by stating that she's 'officially started' on the fourth album.
She also recommends that we purchase David Cook's latest album. But, ch...

Tedder mentioned working on 3 songs with Carrie in an interview with Reuters: He also collaborated on three new songs with Carrie Underwood, whom he calls "one of the top three vocalists I've ever worked with."

Desert videos are always epic. Add an in love Brad and Carrie and an awesome song to the equation and it's going to be awesome!
Love reading Carrie's blogs and hearing how excited she seems about her music. I feel like some artists just don't have that real interest and focus in making there music, but I really respect the ones that do it because that's what they genuinely love doing.

I hope she's "filling in those gaps" with songs that are equally as worthy of single releases as the ones the label was flipping out on. I don't want album filler this time around. SH and the majority of CR could've all easily been single material, while PO had some non-radio-friendly songs. Regardless, I'm sure it'll be fantastic. I'm so excited.

I'm glad Carrie mentioned the album in the blog. I'm really excited to see what she has to offer! I think this could be a real good one based on her whole thing about taking her time with it. I have a feeling that it will evolve quickly and she will have it out by Fall.... or at least that's my hope.
Interesting how her and Brad will be the two leads in the video. I wonder how they will do that... I will be looking at the both of them and thinking about their real spouses! Haha.

I don't care if all the songs are radio-friendly or not, I just want quality. An amazing song can flop on radio if it's not radio-friendly. I'd be fine with some of those on the album as long as there are some songs that come with a guaranteed-success seal.

I'm ridiculously excited for her next album. I loved "Play On" and she's literally the only country singer I listen to on a regular basis. Hopefully the Ryan Tedder tracks aren't his same generic crap/don't make the album. :)
