One of my favorite songs of all time from their universally acclaimed Spirit of Eden album. This song was so far ahead of its time. It could have been released about 10 years later and no one would have known the difference. Mark Hollis' performance is breathtaking.

The last two Talk Talk albums were a real far cry from the earlier stuff. Since they weren't quite an A-list new romantic band, it was easy to transition to this style with ease and no pressure. Plus, that style was kind of out after It's My Life.
Mark Hollis is one of my favorite vocalists.

RIP Mark Hollis. Spirit Of Eden was groundbreaking at the time it was released and still is one of my favorite albums of all time.
