Not an average singer, but her showings could be "Average". Interscope or whoever isn't putting no effort into pushing LC,even though it could easily match or peak higher than PGR, Imo.

I think she just lacks personality and her label knows that so they won't think her as a priority artist. Her songs, while they are decent, could be sung by pretty much anyone.
Just my opinion though.

Where I pretty much agree that Keri's nothing special, Lose Control is. That's why I'm pissed. If an artist isn't hot then his songs, hot as they may be, will get no success and it's not fair. Run the World got 20M AI just 'cause it Beyonce. It's nor fair...

It's crazy how many songs are over (or nearly) 100M AIs on Mediabase. Spears' "I Wanna Go" is doing much better than I anticipated on iTunes at no. 12. It is ironic, though, that the songs "I Wanna Go" and "Don't Wanna Go" are back to back on itunes. lol

RITD had already cracked Latin Pop Airplay, but not it charts on the all-encompassing Latin Songs chart. Terrific crossover showing for this track.

www.billboard.com/#/news/beyonce-s-4-stays-atop-billboard-200-lloyd-1005272752.story...while LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" (featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock) holds atop the Digital Songs list with 236,000 (down 9%). On the Digital Songs chart, there isn't a single debut within the top 40, though one single makes a big move into the top 10, as OneRepublic's "Good Life" vaults 12-6 with 137,000 (up 23%). It's the song's fourth straight weekly sales gain. The tune is also rising up the Pop Songs list, climbing 13-11 this week. Elsewhere on Digital Songs, Nos. 2-5 are stationary, as Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night" (191,000; down 7%), Pitbull's "Give Me Everything" (159,000; down 17%), Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" (158,000; down 7%) and Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" (137,000; down 10%) fill those spots, respectively. Hot Chelle Rae's "Tonight Tonight" climbs 9-7 (129,000; up 1%), Lil Wayne's "How to Love" holds at No. 8 (just under 129,000; up less than 1%) and Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem" rises one to No. 9 (126,000; down 1%). Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory" returns to the top 10, climbing one rung to No. 10 with 103,000 (down 15%). Digital track sales this past week totaled 23.25 million downloads, down 9% compared to last week (25.45 million) and up 10% stacked next to the comparable week of 2010 (21.09 million). Year to date track sales are at 684.05 million, up 11% compared to the same total at this point last year (618.53 million).

That might affect how well it does. Whereas I agree, reality is that the similarities between these songs are too obvious and common. We have on the radio JLO's I'm Into You, Nicole Scherzinger's Right There, Lose Control, Lay It On Me about to be released, Sean Paul and Alexis Jordan's Got 2 Luv Ya, and let's not forget the one who started everything, Rihanna and Drake's What's My Name. All somehow sound the same. Maybe that's why other than What's My Name, none of those songs have seen much of a success.

Ryan Tedder shouldn't be ashamed anymore. He created only 2 similar songs... I'm waiting on Ester Dean to release her own material for herself. She had some good leaks and she's great on Tinie Tempah's Love Suicide.
