i guess this is his new single. i just got tony moran & warren rigg's mix.....it's really nothing special. has anyone else noticed lately that his newer productions (such as EVERY song on "mix magic music") are outstanding, but his remixes seem....well, lackluster? there's a different sound to a lot of them, and i am not loving it.

I thought this one was just so-so. Not great, not horrible. It's still decent considering what they had to work with. I have been a casual fan of Sir Ivan ever since he came out with that cheese-tastic cover of "San Francisco". It had some fun mixes by John Kano and Johnny Vicious. The song itself sounds totally like something you might hear at the Eurovision Song Contest. ;) It has the cliched lyrics and 'anthemic chorus' that almost always appear in such songs. I think that this is probably something they did just for the money versus for the song. I did think the production on the "Hare Krishna" and even the "Kumbaya" mixes was pretty good (I love the dub that was eventually promoted for the former as it came in handy for making mashups).

Personally, I love the FORD remix of "Live For Today" and it went immediately into heavy rotation on several of my radio stations.
