David Guetta (Capitol/EMI) 24-27k Not bad at all, a bit over 50% drop.

While it's too early to tell how much "Tha Carter IV" may sell in its second week, Billboard projects that it will probably see a second-week decline of at least 65-80%, resulting in a second week unit total noof perhaps 190,000 to 340,000. That sort of drop wouldn't be unexpected, especially for an album with such a monster opening frame. Off-topic, but is "noof" a word? ??? Glad to find that Hands All Over has benefited from the re-release, even if it's only with one added track. Hopefully that means we'll get another single or two from them. :)

So Maroon 5's re-issue is now physical too? That's a good prediction for them and the re-release is well timed too as 'MLJ' is at its peak in popularity right now. Katy's discount is also doing wonders. The album's been pretty consistent in sales from the 3rd/4th single on :) Beyoncé keeps the consistence too. A drop was inevitable, but that's not major. If she trends near 27k that would be a 12k drop from last week. Not bad.

It would be great if Hands All Over somehow crosses 1m eventually. It depends on their next single.

Don't knock Capitol for discounting "Teenage Dream". I only buy physical albums that are $9.99 and under, unless it's an artist/album I'm really excited about (Janet, MJ, Prince, Sade, Rihanna, GaGa, Bruno, Nicki, etc).

Yeah but either way, she's already cleared 100K in the first update alone. It's just incredible that she keeps selling at this rate!!! Good for her!

That Hugh Laurie album didn't do badly, given that it was released months ago outside the USA. Side note: Madonna's brother-in-law produced the album.
Not a bad post-VMAs hold for Adele's two albums- I picked both of them yesterday. :)

Just sayin' I didn't get the reason to compare the two other than to talk about the 99 cent sale at amazon for Gaga one more time.
