Prince didn't record an album that I truly loved after Sign o the Times, but he did still record some songs that I loved after that point. This is one of my favorites, if not my favorite, of his 90s recordings. It was featured on 1995's The Gold Experience. He originally wrote it for Tevin Campbell, and it was on Tevin's sophomore album which came out the year before. I prefer Prince's recording though, although I do like Tevin's. This song just sounds much more convincing coming from a grown man than a teenager. I also think the electric guitar on Prince's version makes it even sexier. Tevin's version did fairly decently in R&B airplay. I think it may have even gone Top 10 R&B Airplay, but the label didn't release a single so it didn't chart on the main R&B chart. Prince's version wasn't released as a single, but he included it on his most recent tour. Very sexy slow jam.

It's alright, Prince's version is better but it's way too long and it should be later in the tracklist.

Steamy at best. I agree that it sounded much better coming from Prince.
