Kelly perhaps doing her best live performance of "What Doesn't Kill You" yet (having seen two of them before this one).

Overall, this was a good show. Who let Wanda Jackson take the stage though? ???

I don't know that old bat; nor do I care to after that atrocity Kelly and J-Hud were clearly the best. Mary J was way too subdued, Jessie J sounded like a mockery with those Looney Tunes impersonations during the first group song. She gave a C+ performance for Domino though. It started off promising and then, like her, quickly descended into average, forgettable territory. That was the least shaky I have seen my girl Florence so I was happy for her. Travie McCoy...noooo words. Is he on drugs again?!

The best of the night were the show-openers, IMO: Mary J Blige, Jennifer Hudson, and Kelly Clarkson.

Well, they sounded good (from what I could hear of them when they were doing the backups) but I did not like those arrangements at all.

I thought it was a hot mess, so much screaming went down. I think the person that sounded the best was that girl with the hair on her head that looked like a hemorrhoid.

^ Was that Ledisi? She was killing it.
Chaka and Mary's duet was great, but Chaka proved why no one asked for Mary to cover it. She just owns that song.
Kelly Clarkson amazes me with those high notes. I swear she's not going to handle it, and BAM (!) she pulls it out.
Jessie J is starting to get better, would just like to really hear her SING out without all the endless riffing.
Jennifer Hudson looked and sounded like a million bucks. She is everything!
Florence (while not my cup of tea) really owned the stage.
Good to see the old-timers as well. And WORK Motownphilly!
