I can't think of a logical reason for it. If they have the weekly numbers, why can't they just add them all up and put it down as the total?

Exactly, neverdup- if they're part of the weekly sums, it makes little to no sense to not have them in the to-date numbers. We'll see if SS does include them within the next few months or so (as I was informed it would). Of course, the holiday title will be gone by then, but there should be a Christian title or two charting. :)

Billboard supposedly includes them when reporting info, but it reported SuBo's The Gift as 1.9m some weeks back when it had scanned 2 million+.

Michael Buble squeaked past Nickelback to claim to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 for the third time in his career. Nickelback's "Here and Now" was one of four top 10 debuts this week. But, there was even more action outside the top 10, as the Thanksgiving week -- and Black Friday -- smiled on the chart:

-- Michael Jackson: On paper it seemed like Michael Jackson's "Immortal" album was a sure thing. Combine the artistry of Cirque du Soleil with the King of Pop's vast catalog and the result should be magical, right? Perhaps. But consumers surely didn't seem that interested in the mash-up style album, which also serves as the companion album to Cirque's traveling show about Jackson. It debuts at No. 24 on the Billboard 200 with 43,000. That's less than the arrival of the Beatles' Cirque-presented "Love" (No. 4 with 272,000 in 1996), but bigger than the acrobatic troupe's take on Elvis Presley: "Viva Elvis" debuted and peaked at No. 48 in 2010 with 13,000.

-- Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr: The latest winner of "America's Got Talent" bows at No. 34 with "That's Life," selling 32,000 in its first week. It also arrives atop the Traditional Jazz albums tally. Meanwhile, another TV competition champ, Javier Colon, has a slower start down at No. 134. "The Voice" winner's "Come Through You" launches with 10,000. He previously charted with "Javier," on Capitol Records, in 2003 -- which debuted and peaked at No. 91 with 13,000 sold in its first week. Perhaps Colon's so-so entry with his new album could be owed to the five-month gap between his "Voice" victory and the set's release. Unlike Murphy, who only waited two months until his set arrived to retail.

-- Lady Gaga, Britney Spears & Beyonce: Lady Gaga profits from her ABC TV special "A Very Gaga Thanksgiving" (5.5 million viewers, according to Nielsen), as her "Born This Way" album zips 72-21 on the Billboard 200 with 47,000 sold (up 416%). Her four-song digital EP, "A Very Gaga Holiday," featuring performances from the 90-minute special, also debuts at No. 52 (22,000).

Meanwhile, her "Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden" bows at No. 1 on Top Music Video Sales (26,000), just ahead of two more arriving divas: Britney Spears and Beyonce at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively. Their "The Femme Fatale Tour" and "Live at Roseland" sets start with 19,000 and 17,000.

"Monster Ball" marks Gaga's first entry on the Music Video tally, while "Femme" is Spears' eighth charting title (and eighth straight to reach the top three). She's previously notched No. 1 Music Videos with "Time Out With Britney Spears" (1999) "Britney: The Videos" (2001) "Live From Las Vegas" (2002) and "In the Zone" (2004). The "Femme Fatale Tour" is Spears' first live concert release since "Zone."

As for Beyonce, "Roseland" is her eighth set to chart on Music Video as well, and her sixth top 10. She hit No. 1 previously with "Live at Wembley" (2004), "I Am. . . Yours" (2009) and "I Am. . . World Tour" (2010). The latter just garnered a Grammy Award nomination for Best Long Form Music Video.

-- The Rolling Stones: Following the deluxe redux of the band's "Exile on Main St" last year, the act revisits "Some Girls," which re-enters at No. 46 with 25,000. The new reissue boasts an extra disc's worth of from-the-vaults recordings and was also available in plussed-up packaging. "Exile" has a much loftier reboot, when it re-entered the chart at No. 2, selling 76,000.
