I have been a casual fan of Plumb over the years, especially in remixed form. I really like the Mixin Marc & Tony Svejda mix. |

I think I like the Loverush remix best, followed by the Mixin Marc and Tony Svejda one. I checked today and it seems like Internet dance stations like Energy 98 are picking the Loverush remix on their playlist which is cool. :) Did you like the music video? It actually showed another side of the song which made me like it even more. It told a nice story. Being alone and an outkast is never the answer especially when you feel like you lost the will to live. I remember back in the late 90's (I think it was 1999) when Plumb released "Damaged" and then in 2001 a trance duo known as Plummet from Florida did a cover of that song which was a popular trance track at that time. The ending was a little cheesy when they were singing together, but still overall nice video. Oh, I didn't know Plummet - Damaged was a cover of a Plumb song, although I could figure out it was a cover of something.. The only song I knew from the 1999 album by Plumb is Stranded. I'm liking the original version of Drifting too. I guess I should check out their albums too. :) |

I'm really enjoying the Loverush, Mixin Marc AND Fear of Tigers remixes, really nice pack here, great vocals and a nice variety of remixes :)

Plumb did an interview with BPM a few years back.... apparently when she first found out Plummet did a cover of "Damaged" she was insulted and hurt because she felt they were making fun of it. It wasn't until she actually listened to it that she ended up liking and accepting it. (I think she talked to them as well)
Plumb has had great remixes made of her songs over the years. Mainly:
Plumb - Cut (Bronleewe & Bose Radio Edit)
Plumb - Hang On (Bronleewe & Bose Radio Edit)
Plumb - In My Arms (Bimbo Jones Radio Edit)
I haven't made up my mind yet as to which remix I like best.... but good to see new remixes of Plumb coming out. :)
