Once again, Rick does not dissapoint as he continues his trend of unveiling a chart that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever for his year-end review. He appears to just be mixing songs from both chart formats and then randomly placing songs at any number he wants.
I won't spend too much time trying to figure out why he does this because I can find so many faults with the rankings...for instance, his #9 song of the year, Home, had just made it to #17 on his weekly survey...but ranks #9 for the year? It actually only ranks #86 according to my calculations.
