I think this twitter account is quite trustworthy. If so we will see another pop girl goes into country music realm. I hope it's wrong. The song doesn't need a remix and I don't need Meghan Trainor on country radio. |

why not she has a good voice. maybe she could make him sound better. I like the idea I find her music to be very annoying and there's much better vocalists than her. She doesn't do a thing for me. I love Brett and I don't think he needs any help to 'sound better'. All in all, this makes sense, even if I don't like it. I remember somewhere throughout the threads that said Brett and Meghan were doing a CMT Crossroads, so it's adding up even more. |

Nothing on Lee Brice’s follow up to “Boy”?? dang it Curb... I don't know what they are waiting for, but they would be insane not to release "Rumor" ASAP. That song not only has some traction, but it also a really good song. |

Anything on a new lead single from Billy Currington? Thought they would ship one out right after "Wake Me Up" flopped. Hoping he's gonna follow the trend back towards more traditional country.

Does anyone know if Thompson Square will release any single from "Masterpiece"? I know as independent artists they would have to hire a company to make all the deal I´ve just got curious because they album is out in two weeks and I listened to "Love Like This" on a radio that plays new releases.

New survey on RateTheMusic is now available for Randy Houser. It goes until the end of June.
Three new songs are:
“Whiskey Does”
“No Stone Unturned”
“New Buzz”
“Whiskey Does” is a slower, mid-tempo track. “No Stone Unturned” is a bit refreshing since its acoustic driven. The worst was “New Buzz”, which likely means that’s his next single lol. None of them really grabbed me though.

While I wasn't totally floored by the 1:30 snippets of those songs, I did enjoy all 3, especially Whiskey Does and No Stone Unturned. It sounds as though Randy Houser is back to making country music. Neither of those tracks sound like anything from the disappointing Fired Up record. He's definitely reverting back to his 'Cadillac' sound. Exciting. 2 of those tracks even had steel guitar!! |

He's still on their website and his social media accounts still say he's with them. Talking to someone in his camp and to my knowledge, he is still with them. This might be his last shot to stick at radio though, we'll see. |

Morgan Evans has a new single called Day Drunk coming out Friday. The title and date were on Bobby Bones Show instastory of their CMT radio remotes.
Possible it might be a promotional single, I'm not sure.

There’s a RadioTraks survey out right now and goes until June 14th for the debut single from BMLG Records artist Riley Green.
The four options are:
“In A Truck Right Now”
“Same Old Song”
“Break Up More Often”
“There Was This Girl”
All of the seemed like decent options for radio but the one thing I take away from this artist was the early to mid-2000’s like feel from the songs I heard. More traditional leaning and it reminded me of a slightly less twangy Justin Moore survey.
