Wow 13/15 of the top songs on CHR/POP are also in the top 15 of the iTunes chart. Chr/pop has been really good in the past few years to play songs that people actually want to hear than what they think should be popular.

And one of the other two in the Top 15 on iTunes is at #16 on Pop while the other is a brand new song already at #29, and both are rising fast :)

"Alive" was one of my favorite songs that year Same! :( I wish it had done better on the Hot 100 Alive is hands down one of the best 2013 songs. 2nd faved EDM track of the year, only Clarity stands before it. WISH, it was a top 5 hit. |

Radio should give Sia a f*** chance, i wasn't in love with Cheap thrills at first but it's dammm catchy, and the song it's even selling well for its audience.
And it's about time radio start to play Let it go, the song deserved way better than this, today it had finally a decent update

Also, slight mistake. Even though "Not a Bad Thing" did in fact peak under 16000 spins, I forgot about "Bang Bang" in November 2014 failing to reach 16000 spins as well.

Yeah in comparison to what is average for the year, this is probably the least successful/"luckiest" #1 since Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart a Break" back in 2012. I keep track of SPS peaks, and this is the first time since Demi's case when a #1 isn't trending to rank within the Top 25 peaks of its year (and that's after I gave it an extra 200 spins to account for Saturday and Sunday). Of course they're my two favorite artists |

I'm not even fussed that 'Hands To Myself' isn't as 'strong' a #1 as 'Good For You' and 'Same Old Love', I just think it being there at all makes for a REALLY good narrative for the 'Revival' era (three pop #1's in a row).
Besides, for all we know it might continue to gain spins and pull a better second week on top before G-Eazy takes over (or fizzles out at #2, who even knows).
