LOVE THIS! I really don't like how the first two verses sound almost identical though.
And yeah this is def more pop/rock than country. Needs to be sent to CHR/Pop!

It's already #92 on iTunes country charts. I can't wait to see how high it goes.

I think some of you will be disappointed by the live vocal of this song. I am not convinced that Carrie can nail this one on a consistent basis. And I think that Songs Like This is a much better uptempo song than Good Girl, and is also performed better vocally.

I just love her voice on this. She's really unleashed herself. I like how it sounds like Carrie's singing with the production, rather than over it like so many country songs sound now. The good: The vocals. The hand clap percussion. Carrie's undeniable attitude. Just about every aspect of this works as a whole. The bad: The words "goodbye shoes." It just sounds so weird to me. Also, I was hoping for a killer bridge section, but I can live without it.

If Undo It was consistently subpar live, then my hopes for this one aren't terribly high.

I agree that live this won't be easy. But SLT and GG are so different in almost every way, it's hard to compare the two.

I'm not worried about Carrie killing this live. Even if she has to work with it a little to help breathing and all that, she'll still kick ass.

This song is ridiculous! Better than I expected. Man am I pumped for this album now. I love everything about it even if it is more pop/rock than country. I need this to crossover, this could be so huge. Huge. I love towards the end when it's just her voice. Man, she's just so good.

I really like it! It's loud and rocking. You got to be in the mood for this sucker. I am not worried about her vocals for this. She'll be great. U not gonna listen to this live at a concert and hope she hits every note. Its a rock song, she's gonna be out of breath. I will wait till the ballads to hear perfect notes.;)

On the first listen this was just weird to me tbh. Hopefully it'll grow on me since I love me some Carrie.

I wouldn't worry too much about Carrie singing this live. She regularly sings her songs live about as close as you can to the original. But, yea, this song will really challenge her. But then again, she wouldn't have recorded it this way if she didn't think she could perform it live.

On the first listen this was just weird to me to be honest. Hopefully it'll grow on me since I love me some Carrie. I'll agree that the song is kind if strange, but I still love it. I think it will take a couple of listens for some people to really get into it, but there's no denying that this song rocks.

But I love that it truly is different. And on the third listen I'm digging it so much. EDIT: Honestly though I dug it on the first listen but I know what you mean.

I'm not worried about this one live. I mean the vocals are pretty much in the same vein as her Crossroads performances...and we all know how great she sounded there.

I'm really feeling that whole echo thing that's going on during the verses, too.

The clapping in the background brings the beat so much damn life.
