As much as I love this, I hope they follow this up with a "country-er" song.

This will prob be polarizing, I don't think I hear that rock vocal much on country radio. BHC still my fav, but this and CC are close.

Carrie is one of the few artists I know who makes songs sound BETTER live. Goodness, what an amazing talent.

That sounded perfect. And I love how at the end she just said to check your inboxes... now. I think it was a smart idea for a debut. It's important the fans like it but the people in radio are the ones who ultimately pick how much to spin the song so it's definitely important they like it too. Great performance.

"Good Girl" live: And w/ that all worries about live performances go right out-the-window. Nope, still worried. Was this a televised concert? Because most of her televised performances of upbeat songs have been considerably worse than non-televised performances. That performance was quite good though, looking forward to more.

^Yep, only behind Lee Brice's "A Woman Like You" and Luke Bryan's "I Don't Want This Night To End". It's ahead of "Red Solo Cup" now. Luke was coming down a bit earlier in the week. I'm surprised at how well Lee's doing, but he'll have to settle for runner-up soon

I'd say tomorrow afternoon she'll reach Top 10, and hopefully stay there a while. I wish we could get an ad on the iTunes homepage, but we hardly ever do.

"Good Girl" is now up to #2 on the country iTunes chart, trailing only Lee Brice.

I downloaded the song and it is really good. I'm not a diehard fan like some of you, but I like it and I think it could cross over to multiple Formats. Of course I don't think it sounds very Country...but then I don't think Taylor sounds country either. Anyhow, I checked iTunes and she has big banner ads both on Main and in Country and currently she is #50 in the general music area and #2 in Country. This is gonna be a huge song. JMO

Huge, massive fucking song! I cannot wait to hear this in concert! I was expecting a little more country sounding song but I LOVE it just the same. Of course, I'm more of a rock fan anyways. :)
Now Carrie needs to release some tour dates!!
