Did they remove some of the stuff from the Fan Club store? I wanted to buy the men's red Blown Away Tour t-shirt, but it's not listed on the website for purchase anymore. :(

Maybe you can ebay it or something, or arrange for a friend/mutual fan to purchase one for you at a live show and ship it to you (after you've paid them). I would, but I won't be seeing Carrie any more this era... It could just be out of stock, and will be shown again when they have more...

I posted on the FC and someone said they may have taken it down because they are going to update the tour shirts with the new dates on the back for the next leg, which seems like a likely scenario. I just wish I had bought the one from this past leg of the tour, because that's the one I attended and I don't think I'm going to one on the next leg either. :(

Any word on when the TBC video will be out this month? I'd imagine that we'll get an announcement soon. Depends on where & how they're premiering it, too. In a perfect and logical world, Arista would take use of the Idol premiere and debut it during a commercial break of the show. Premieres of the show are always +20 million, so that'd be ideal, but we'll have to see.

After this report there's one more week of increases, right? Yes, the sales for last week (week ending 12/29/12) should be out tomorrow. The increases should be 3x-4x due to the Christmas iTunes gift card redemption purchases.

Thank you! And I assume since it wasn't in the post with the other album sales, it isn't even selling 4k/week. And it's over a million album sales behind Carnival Ride. That's a little disappointing. I wonder if it'll ever catch up.

I wonder if it'll ever catch up. Doubtful, considering CR and PO both sell at similar rates. Depending on the week, both albums sell between 1-4k weekly, mostly on the lower side of that range. So it appears that both will increase at similar rates, which wouldn't allow PO to catch up. Considering the sales climate of 2009 through now, 2.2 million isn't bad at all. And CR sold the extra million it has on PO most likely because it was released fresh off the wake of Some Hearts. So I'm not disappointed at all with that. In fact, I think her sales consistency compared to most artists is quite impressive.

Yes, the sales for last week (week ending 12/29/12) should be out tomorrow. That should be 12/30/12. A Soundscan sales week consists of sales from Monday through Sunday.

^^^malwaredie: thanks for the correction.
Based on today's articles for 2012 sales, BA album sold 37k last week to bring its total to 1203k. And BHC sold 29k last week bringing its total to 3662k.

Why would BA go from 58k to 37k in the busiest music-buying week of the year? I'd hope it would have increased, or at least stayed consistent.

Because the previous sales week was the busier week. It was expected for most albums to see a decrease.

BA (single) probably sold 120k+.

Blown Away comes in at #4 on LA Weekly's 10 Best Country Albums of 2012: Okay, purists. If the fact that Carrie Underwood came up on American Idol still bugs you, or if you're chafed that Blown Away doesn't really feature an acoustic guitar until track five, please remember three things: 1. Dolly went disco. 2. America no longer has the local TV and radio stations where tomorrow's Lorettas can pitch themselves and get discovered all purely like. 3. "Two Black Cadillacs" is the best cheatin' song of the last few years, as well as the best murder ballad, and the rare contemporary hit so swollen up with love, death, and ham that you can totally imagine Elvis doing it. The rest of Blown Away likewise stands tall: monolithic production, musical-theater emotionalizing, classic country themes. Too bad about the inevitable ballad that could have been on the Top Gun soundtrack.
...And at #11 on Country Universe's Top [40] Country Albums of 2012: The hardest-working woman in country music. She could’ve coasted on the material of others, but she’s put the work in to develop into a great songwriter in her own right, with a distinctive point of view that is becoming just as essential to her artistry as those powerful pipes that made her a star in the first place. She’s said that “Blown Away,” one of the few songs she didn’t write, set the tone for the album. What a blessed discovery that song was then, as it challenged Underwood to be bolder than she ever dared before. She consistently sings about and writes about strong women who refuse to be defined by their relationships with men and who ultimately triumph over the ones who compromise their physical or emotional well-being. “Good Girl” might be the most obvious cautionary tale to the young girls that make up a good chunk of her audience, but here’s hoping they also hear her calls to reject the media’s narrow definitions of beauty (“Nobody Ever Told You”) and the judgment-free reminiscence of first-time love on “Do You Think About Me.” Leave it to Carrie Underwood to kill off two men and still preserve her distinctive position as country music’s best role model.
Remember how Carrie was teasing an appearance on an upcoming Duets album shortly after the CMA Awards? Well, anyway, Willie Nelson had this to say during a recent interview w/ The Telegraph: "I have an album of duets with girls called Who All The Girls Are. I sing with Emmylou Harris, Rosanne Cash and Barbra Streisand - that's something I have long wanted to do. There will be 12 collaborations in all, with songs old and new." Hmm, seems pretty likely to me. If true, what an honor to be included alongside those other ladies.

I don't think the sales drop from the holiday week to this next week will be too bad for BA. It's being discounted on iTunes this week for $7.99. I checked yesterday and it was #19 on the Top 200 albums, all-genre.
Glad to see that the album's at 1.2 million. As long as consistently good single releases keep coming (and the music videos continue to be great), it should easily surpass PO, whether it be by the end of 2013 or not.

For digital sales this wk (no sales #s), but positions on the country chart: BA was #4 (up from #7), GG was #15 (up from #49), TBC was #22 (down from #19), and BHC was #37 (re-entry - 29k).
Also, TBC is starting to make a move on the itunes chart (all-genre: #72, country #14).

Is that Carrie's biggest weekly sales # for a single? It has to be close.

Yes, the 136k is the biggest weekly sales for a single for Carrie. Next best is ITYS at 125k (week of the performance on AI with Randy Travis).

Adding onto Typo's post, GG, BA, and TBC all made the Top 40 singles of 2012 for Country Universe, as well. #23: "Good Girl" A rockin’ little record that exudes Underwood’s growing confidence as a singer and a songwriter. A much-needed shot of adrenaline into the arm of country radio. - Kevin John Coyne #17: "Two Black Cadillacs" A haunting Southern Gothic tale of revenge, heavy on the catharsis and light on the narrative. Underwood fills in the gaps with a spot-on performance – imbuing it with chilling fury, sinister joy, and just enough poise to suggest she knows tantalizingly more than we do. #11: "Blown Away" An epic single with both a theme and a production big enough to contain the overwhelming vocal powerhouse that is Carrie Underwood. Give her points for being courageous enough to tackle this topic on record, but get down on your knees and offer praise and gratitude for being talented enough to pull it off.

Great numbers for the album and the singles.
I actually predicted BA (album) would sell at least 1.2 million in 2012 alone, and i'm so glad that i'm right. :)
Her sales are so consistent.

Funny how she received her biggest sales week with a single that's already peaked and done with, as well as about 8 years into her career. BA's consistency on iTunes has been amazing.
