I would like Domino more if I didn't feel like I have heard the same song from Kesha to Katy to Jessie repeated over and over again for the past few years. Jessie does have a great voice though. Agreed. Thankfully Dr. Luke is starting to diversify his music (e.g. Good Feeling; Where Have You Been). If you call copying David Guetta "diversifying" then yes ;)

SFTTR will be comfortable No. 5 come tomorrow. However, the top four are pretty far ahead. Will the sales be enough top give it a Hot 100 edge?

^It's exploding at NYC radio. I hear it constantly.
Who does the female vocal?

Etta James does the vocal. Unless you're talking about his other track "Wild Ones", in which case it is Sia.
I still don't understand why Etta James or her label wouldn't want her "credited" on this song. Understandably, Etta herself is battling several health problems and probably doesn't even know about it - but why wouldn't her label want it?

Maybe she thinks the song is terrible and doesn't want to be associated with it?

SFTTR will be comfortable No. 5 come tomorrow. However, the top four are pretty far ahead. Will the sales be enough top give it a Hot 100 edge? It has a 25% lead on Flo Rida, a 40% lead on Rihanna, a 45% lead against Bruno and a 58% lead on Katy on itunes at the moment (not including other versions). It will need to sell ~30k-35k to beat Katy & Flo Rida, ~45-50k to beat Bruno and ~60k to beat Rihanna. If Adele's sales stay pretty consistant compared to last week - selling ~200k, then she might just be able to get the #1. It really all depends on how big a drop Rihanna has sales-wise. Last week she sold 185,000 (down 45%). If she sees a drop of ~30% or more, then Adele should be able to sell enough to take over Rihanna.

Etta's voice is sped up on th sample, isn't it? (not that that should make a difference) Kanye West didn't credit Chaka Kahn on 'Through the Wire," though her voice was kinda unrecognizable. There should be a uniform rule on crediting when it's a substantial credit (think Imogen Heap/"Whatcha Say"). I don't think Diana Ross should have been credited on "Mo Money Mo Problems, but the female who sang the chorus should have. The female voice on LL Cool J's "Doin' It" should have been credited. And so on and so forth.

In another desperate attempt to get that #1, Katy Perry has now released a FOURTH (after the original, radio mix, and the remix featuring B.o.B.) version of The One That Got Away, this time an acoustic rendition. Blegh.

The radio mix is almost identical, and I believe it is quite normal for songs to have radio mixes sent to iTunes.

Don't most of the songs on iTunes have at least one of these: Radio Edit/ Long Version, Single Version/ Album Version, Explicit Version/ Clean Version, a remix (Dance (A$$) has the version with and without Nicki, the DJ Enferno remix of PRA, etc.)

I think the B.O.B. remix was the only desperate thing Katy and her label did to push TOTGA up the charts. That remix was just terrible. However, many of Katy's fans including myself have been asking for an acoustic version of the song for ages now, not just because of chart positions, but because the song was clearly crying out for a stripped down acoustic version. Kudos to Katy for putting one out because it is lovely.
Also, where exactly is this radio mix on Itunes? I've never seen it. I've just seen the album version on there.

Adding together Mediabase and sales data, these are the tallies:
1. "We Found Love": 29,159 points 2. "Set Fire to the Rain": 28,965 3. Good Feeling": 28,763
Will BDS numbers and streaming make a difference?
Billboard.com:
In better news, over on the Digital Songs chart, Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain" hits No. 1 for the first time, jumping 3-1 with 193,000 downloads sold (down 5%). It's her third Digital Songs chart-topper, following "Rolling in the Deep" and "Someone Like You."
Last week's No. 1 Digital Song, Jason Mraz's "I Won't Give Up," falls to No. 9 with 127,000 (down 44%). That's the biggest positional fall from the top since "I Need a Doctor" by Dr. Dre featuring Eminem & Skylar Gray collapsed 1-14 on the chart dated Feb. 26, 2011.
Flo Rida's "Good Feeling" rises 5-2 (163,000; down 3%), Tyga's "Rack City" makes a big jump, flying 13-3 with 160,000 (up 41%) and LMFAO's "Sexy and I Know It" falls 2-4 (156,000; down 26%). The music video for "Rack City" premiered last week (Jan. 10) and has claimed over 2 million views thus far on his YouTube channel.
Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa's "Young, Wild & Free" (featuring Bruno Mars) climbs 8-5 (151,000; down 6%), Rihanna's "We Found Love" (featuring Calvin Harris) drops 4-6 (140,000; down 24%) and David Guetta's "Turn Me On" (featuring Nicki Minaj) blasts 21-7 with 137,000 (up 43%). The latter made a big jump on the Pop Songs airplay chart this week, zipping 27-20 in its fifth week on the tally. It's Guetta's fifth top 10 on the Digital Songs chart and Minaj's seventh.
Jay-Z & Kanye West's "Ni**as In Paris" moves down one to No. 8 with 130,000 (down 20%) while Bruno Mars' "It Will Rain" holds at No. 10 with 120,000 (down 22%).
Digital track sales this past week totaled 28.56 million downloads, down 13% compared to last week (32.77 million) and up 4% stacked next to the comparable week of 2011 (27.45 million). Year to date track sales are at 61.32 million, up 7% compared to the same total at this point last year (57.23 million).
