Jeremy Camp still holds onto the top spot for a fourth week. He should stay up there for another week or two before Chris Tomlin's latest, "Holy Is The Lord" takes over. Not much action immediately below that, although Steven Curtis Chapman does rebound two spots to number four, but that's most likely a fluke. It's clearly over for MercyMe as they slip two spots to number five. Bebo Norman slips a spot to number six, but I don't think he's quite done yet. Third Day also experiences a rebound, but it probably won't last long, such is the case with "Heaven" climbing back up. In between those two, Mark Schultz still holds steady at number eight. The oldest song in the survey, "You Are God Alone" by Phillips Craig & Dean falls out of the Top Ten this week. The latest by the Newsboys makes a nice three spot move to number twelve, looking like another Top Ten for them, possibly as early as next week. The Big Daddy Weave/BarlowGirl collaboration inches up a spot (I'm surprised at its slow climb, as it's in heavy rotation at the two Christian AC stations that I listen to). "Gloria (All God's Children)" by Paul Colman slides back three to number 14, but I think it still has a little life left in it still. Todd Agnew is up a spot to 15 (how can this song be so high when it's barely New & Active on the R&R Christian AC chart?) and my favorite song right now, "Dancing With The Angels" by Monk & Neagle drops three to number 16, looking to be near the end of its chart run. Selah still holds onto the position at which they have been since they debuted two weeks ago with "All My Praise". Former Backstreet Boys member Brian Litrell moves up a spot to 18 with "In Christ Alone" and Overflow makes a startling comeback at number 19 with "Cry On My Shoulder". The lone debut this week is the former #1 Christian Rock song "This Is Your Life" by Switchfoot.
A song that should be making the countdown soon is "About You" by ZoeGirl, which moves 17-14 on the R&R Christian AC chart (frankly, I expected that to debut before Switchfoot, but whatever). The other song in R&R's Top 20 but not yet on 20: Countdown is "When God Made You" by Newsong featuring Natalie Grant, but I doubt that song will be making the 20: Countdown chart, but who knows? I predict that ZoeGirl will debut next week as Overflow drops out, for the third time.
