#5: "Womanizer"...Honestly I'm not sure why I put this so high LOL. It's a good song that I enjoy quite a lot, but to be top 5? Hmm. Idk about that lol. Oh well. The lead single from Circus, it reached #1 in the US and a few other countries. It was top 10 in several. :) Womanizer... Is there a male form for this? Manizer just doesn't sound good. And Chrome is showing it as not a real word, but womanizer is lol. Oh well. Up next: the final Circus single :) (again idk if it should be quite so high but I definitely really love this one) so obv you can figure out what #4 is just like that... top 3 guesses then??

#4: "If You Seek Amy"Ah. I love this song. The "hidden" message makes it all the more wonderful. It's a shame people are such prudes and got so fuc king fuck ed up about it. It's called fuc king freedom of speech people.  It reached top 20 on the Hot 100 and top 10 on pop, only thanks to a radio edit without the k in seek, though. :( It performed similarly in several other countries. You're the worst Britney fan/stan ever if you don't love this song. :( 3 songs left! No coming up next. The songs are (alphabetical order): I'm a Slave 4 U Lucky Toxic Any guesses as to the order? :)

#3: "I'm a Slave 4 U"Another great classic of Britney's. The lead single from Britney, and a turning point in her career. Her "bad girl" self started to come out, rather than the perfect teen girl bubblegum pop star she had been before. A change for the better, definitely. It reached top 10 in most countries, but only 15 on US Pop and 27 on the Hot 100.  A classic, great, wonderful Britney song. :'( Tomorrow: song #2! Maybe #1 as well since it will be obvious at that point.

All these people who bitch about saying "ass" are obviously gonna make an even bigger deal about spelling out "fuck" on tv/the radio haha |

It's just that good. :'( Like usual, I feel like most people on Pulse don't like it like I do. No surprise there.  It only reached #23 on the Hot 100 :'( Compare that to #1 in a few countries and top 10 in plenty others, the US sucks. Only #9 on pop as well. :'( Still one of my favorite songs by her, over a decade later. :'( That only leaves #1... :)

#1: "Toxic"Is there any other song that deserves to be #1 here??? I think not. This song is pop perfection, perfected. To peak at only #9 in the US (#1 on pop though, thankfully) is, quite frankly, outrageous. ;) Again I am short on words. Oh well. Soak in the wonderfulness that is Toxic, and Britney Spears. I hope you enjoyed my list. Feel free to order them all, or maybe just a top 5. Thanks everyone.

I knew it! As for "Lucky," it would have charted much higher had a physical single been released. I think it would have gone at least as high as "Stronger" did on the Hot 100, since "Stronger" had two physical single releases in the US. I don't know which had more radio play, but "Stronger" had single sales counting towards it too, while "Lucky" didn't, with the exception of a few import sales, if those even count.

I love "Toxic". Not her best, but one of. "Lucky" is great too, though I wouldn't rank it anywhere near #2. Honestly mostly disappointed with the list overall, but you know how incompatible our tastes are. I don't know which had more radio play ... "Lucky". |

I liked following your list these past few weeks although I would have ranked "From the Bottom of My Broken Heart" much higher, it's one of my favorites. I think the first few songs that make you love an artist are always your favorites; I count "Lucky" as one of those too.
