#18: You're Worthy Of My Praise/Big Daddy Weave f/BarlowGirl (29 weeks)
Well, as I figured would be the case last week, we have a new chart longevity champ for the third week in a row. Big Daddy Weave and BarlowGirl had boasting rights to this title for only a week and now it goes to Chris Tomlin, who also has two songs on the chart for the sixth week in a row. Jon Rivers said that had to be a record, but for some reason, I don't think so. Anyway, will Chris Tomlin keep holding on? I don't know; many songs hang around the chart and suddenly fall out. Jon made a big deal of how long he'd been double-dipping on the chart and sometimes that's a sign that the older song might be falling off the next week. But not necessarily. Anyway, we'll have to see how long "Holy Is The Lord" can hang onto the chart.
MercyMe keep hanging on to the top spot, but the end of their reign could be nigh, especially since Casting Crowns are burning up the charts with their new song and it moves from 6 to 3. Plus, Nichole Nordeman isn't out of the running, as she holds tight to the runner-up position on the chart. It could be a close race next week. We'll have to wait and see who comes out on top.
