These are good #s. Though I thought he would do at least 400k, he doesn't have a lot of hype like his previous releases. Seriously? His hype is at an all time high. Awesome stats for One Direction.

7x platinum! :o Adele still wins that battle. lol But Adele has been out like a year longer. This is only like 4 months old!!! :O Teenage Dream back at #31 This is going to be a great catalog seller for a long time. Is there a way to view the catalog list? Not necessarily sales. I would think Teenage Dream will have a similar chart run, post-singles, to The Fame.

MDNA dropped off Top Current Albums this week (after 12 weeks on). That's two weeks short of the number of weeks American Life spent on the Billboard 200 (which then housed only Current Albums). Though it's possible that with a new video upcoming, it could re-enter. Total's in the neighborhood of 481K-482K.

Oh, I see. It'll be grand if you can get the #s for R&B catalog. What's taking them so long to let you view them?

^A Billboard subscription does not include SoundScan figures.
I *hate* the charts at Billboard.com.

^One More Try charted in the R&B Top 10 singles chart.
It was considered an R&B album in 1987/1988.
