I hope 'Come Over' by Kenny Chesney crosses over but it's a bit of a long shot. Doing awesomely well on Hot 100 anyway (#23 this week) It's interesting that, with all of his success, Kenny Chesney's never really had a big cross-over hit. "Come Over" could easily find a place on AC and maybe pop playlists, if the label decides to go that way. Of course George Strait's never had a cross-over hit either and that certainly hasn't hampered him any. |

This is gonna be an exciting week. Katy has been #1 on iTunes since the weekend so she'll definitely be #1 on Digital Songs. It's really gonna come down to how much more she sells than Carly. The BDS airplay gap between the 2 of them was 45 million this week. That should easily go down to 30 million next week. Since Carly is also #1 on Streaming, Katy will probably have to sell 45K more than Carly to get the #1. I'm also expecting both Flo Rida & Pink to jump into the Top 10 as well.

Well if 10,000 streams ~ 1 chart point, and the difference between Carly and Katy is ~400k, then that would be 40 chart points. Add that to the airplay gap, and Wide Awake would need to sell at least 85k more than Call Me Maybe. The actual number is somewhere in there.
