Random, but that's what personal charts are for, to discover new music. I'll have to check out some of your songs. ;) Totally! :) I don't think you can find anything interesting, it's pretty basic right now. I've already found one song I'm interested in, Bonnie McKee's Sleepwalker.

Fantastic chart! Love your number one! Also, love "Let Me Go", "The Monster", "Venus", "Sonnenstanz", and "Oh Sailor", among others debuting.

• Great Top 3! Just found out you reversed the credits on "Timber". • "Sleepwalker" makes a great jump. • "Counting Stars" is still in the Top 20. • "Let Me Go", "The Monster" and "Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)" debut in the Top 50, along "Venus". • "Overdose" and "Just One Yesterday" climb. • "Swine" and "Kill Your Heroes" also enter. • Nice re-entry of "How Long Will I Love You".

• Great Top 3! Just found out you reversed the credits on "Timber". Yep, I did and it feels totally right for me. • "Counting Stars" is still in the Top 20. I think I was unfair with this song. It has been bouncing in the 11-30 region for a while, didn't crack the top ten and is already a bigger hit than some top 10s. • "Overdose" and "Just One Yesterday" climb. I love these, hope I'll have enough time to listen to them resulting bigger jumps. • Nice re-entry of "How Long Will I Love You". It was just pushed out of the top 100 by the Katy tracks and got two plays last week giving it enough points to come back the following week.

Yep, I did and it feels totally right for me. Hopefully, Pitbull fans stans don't come here I think I was unfair with this song. It has been bouncing in the 11-30 region for a while, didn't crack the top ten and is already a bigger hit than some top 10s. Yeah! It happened to me as well. I think "Counting Stars" is going to have a great longevity on my chart as well if it doesn't burn on me at all in the next weeks. I love these, hope I'll have enough time to listen to them resulting bigger jumps. Hope so! I have "Overdose" and "Just One Yesterday" in mind to be on my chart anytime soon :) It was just pushed out of the top 100 by the Katy tracks and got two plays last week giving it enough points to come back the following week. Good for Ellie!

Chart Week of 2013. November 9 (week 45) |
"Do What U Want" holds at #1 for a second consecutive week. Starting to slow down like everything this week because I didn't listen to any music for 3.5 days. It'll go platinum next week anyway. Her third full-length studio album titled ARTPOP will come out this Monday, but all the 15 tracks from the album managed to chart in less, than days (didn't hear the leak til Tuesday afternoon). Eminem's new album only managed to get a single song, "Asshole", the collaboration with Skylar Grey debut. That was really less than a day to play the tracks, so I expect a few more (Legacy, Headlights?, Survival?, Rap God?) to enter next week. "Timber" by Ke$ha and Pitbull stays at #2 for a second week. Lady Gaga's "Venus" jumps #6-3 in its second week thanks to the album release play bulk. This way Gaga has two songs in the top three at the same time. Gaga has a third song in the top five as "Applause" stays at #4 in its 13th week. "Royals" by Lorde falls #3-5 closing the upper half of the top ten.
The indie pop all-girl band HAIM's "The Wire" jumps from #14 to #6 this week. This is their first ever charting song, let alone top ten. Bonnie McKee's "Sleepwalker" jumps #12-7 becoming her second consecutive top ten song. Her debut, "American Girl" peaked at #5. Lorde's "Team" moves #10-8 getting ready to overtake the first single. It has a great chance at topping the chart or at least to be a lasting top 3, something that my chart lacks lately. The Canadian group Hedley scores a second top ten hit as "Anything" jumps #11-9. "23" closes the top ten dropping #5-10. It's at 1.145 million points now, will definitely go 2X Platinum til the end of its run. Eminem's and Rihanna's collabo, "The Monster" storms #43-17. Lady Gaga's "G.U.Y." is the highest new entry at #23. It's one of my favorite songs from the album, so a jump into the top ten is more than expected after the first full week. The second highest is an ARTPOP track again, namely "Gypsy" which opens at #38. "Swine" jumps #55-27 in its second week. There are 3 songs that were charting for 9 and 8 weeks with their live version. I didn't combine them with the album versions in my formula calculations, but the studio versions will continue their runs. That way "Sex Dreams (Live)" became "Sexxx Dreams" and moved up from #62 to #37 - a new peak; "I Wanna Be With You (Live)" became "Dope" jumping #87-57 [new peak] and "ARTPOP (Live)" became "ARTPOP" down #83-86. The first non-Gaga debut is "Gas Pedal" at #76.
"Get Lucky" goes recurrent after 27 weeks. It's in the top ten of my year-to-date list. "Mirrors" is at #75, and was just a few decimals higher than GL (#76) so won the battle, stayed up for another week making "Get Lucky" go recurrent.

Chart Week of 2013. November 16 (week 46) |
"Do What U Want" holds at #1 for a third consecutive week. It goes platinum in its 4th week, currently at 1.158M. It might even pass the 3X platinum in the coming seven weeks before Christmas if it won't slow down too much. All the 15 tracks from ARTPOP are charting still charting in their first full week and one but two of them jumped several spots. "Aura" fell #31-32 but got 17% more points than last week. The only charting album track from MMLP2 is still "Asshole", the collaboration with Skylar Grey jumping #87-80. "Timber" by Ke$ha and Pitbull stays at #2 for a third week. It needs six weeks to break the record for a song with the most weeks being #2 behind a Gaga song. "Roar" spent 5 weeks at #2 after debuting at #1 this summer and fall. Lady Gaga's #1 peaking "Applause" moves up from #4 to #3 because a minor change in my point system: Now I use the last six weeks to get a more accurate number. Many songs benefited from it - mainly with a smaller drop. Gaga's own "Venus" slips one spot to #4 in its third week. "Royals" by Lorde stays steady at #5 closing the upper half of the top ten.
Lady Gaga gets a fourth top ten at the same time as one of the tracks on her album, "G.U.Y." jumps #23-6 in its second week. She broke her own record for the most songs in the top ten at the same time. She's done that several times with different songs with the songs from her last album, Born This Way and last week she also had three ARTPOP songs in the top tier. The indie girl group HAIM's "The Wire" slips from #6 to #7 this week but with a point gain. Lorde's "Team" stays steady at #8. Eminem's and Rihanna's collabo, "The Monster" jumps #17-9 in its third week. It's the second song where both artist are billed to reach the top ten. Will it follow "Love The Way You Lie" a 3-week-chart topper? [3 weeks at the top in 2010 was a huge thing on my chart, I had like 32 #1s that year] Bonnie McKee's "Sleepwalker" closes the top ten falling #7-10.
As already mentioned almost all the Gaga tracks flied up the chart. The week's biggest gainer is "Dope" jumping #57-15 (up 157%). With the current trend it can possibly be the last track to crack the top ten before all of them start dropping. The highest debut is "Neon Lights" by Demi Lovato at #64.
"Mirrors" falls off after 38 weeks, so the oldest song on the chart is "Pour It Up" which will probably fall off next week giving the crown to "Demons". I won't have such impressive and long runs anymore. Also I have ridiculously high chart points (in the #11-60 region), I think that's natural after a bad week.

Chart Week of 2013. November 23 (week 47) |
"Do What U Want" holds at #1 for a fourth consecutive week. Its total points are at 1.467M and got another week above 300,000. The ARTPOP tracks started to drop in points and they'll see a big drops in positions soon as well. The only exception is "Dope" which becomes the 6th top ten off ARTPOP jumping #15-9. So far "Aura" (#7), "Applause"(#1), "Do What U Want" (#1), "Venus"(#3), "G.U.Y.(#6)" and "Dope" have reached the top tier. MMLP2 generates two more chart entries as "Legacy" (#91) and "Headlights" (#97) made their debuts this week. "Asshole", the collaboration with Skylar Grey moves #80-76. "Timber" by Ke$ha and Pitbull stays at #2 for a fourth week. "Roar" spent 5 weeks at #2 after debuting at #1 this summer and fall. Lady Gaga's #1 peaking "Applause" stays at #3. Gaga's "Venus" slips one spot to #5 in its fourth week in the top ten. "The Wire" by HAIM jumps from #7 to #4 getting a new peak.
"The Monster" by Eminem and Rihanna jumps #9-6 this week. It's my best bet for the next chart topper - if something huge doesn't debut above it. (Everything is possible. 8D ) It would be Rihanna's 22nd #1 extending her already huge lead. No one cares about Eminem. "Team" moves #8-7 a lucky new peak. Lady Gaga's "G.U.Y." falls #6-8. Katy Perry gets her second top ten hit from PRISM as "Unconditionally" moves #13-10. Will it get a top five peak?
The highest debut is "Hard Out Here" by Lily Allen at #22. It will jump into the top ten next week if it gets as many plays as this week. Not so much lower, Christina Perri's "Human" opens at #36. Her biggest hit was "Jar Of Hearts" (#4), other notable songs:"A Thousand Years" which re-entered the chart multiple times and peaked in the top 20 and "Distance", the duet with Jason Mraz which spent almost 30 weeks on my chart despite the low peak in the 40s. "Work Bitch" and "Best Song Ever" re-entered at the bottom of the chart. "Pour It Up" falls off after 36 weeks, so the oldest song on the chart is "Demons" with 31. |

Chart Week of 2013. November 30 (week 48) |
"Do What U Want" holds at #1 for a fifth consecutive week. Its total points are at 1.768M and got a fifth week above 300,000 points.
"Timber" by Ke$ha and Pitbull stays at #2 for a fifth week matching "Roar" which also spent five weeks at #2 after debuting at #1 this summer. Eminem's collabo with Rihanna, "The Monster" jumps from #6 to #3 this week. It's vying to became Rihanna's 22nd chart topper. "The Wire" by HAIM stays at its #4 peak for a second week. "Team" by Lorde moves #7-5 scoring her second top five hit. The #4 and #5 spots are virtually tied.
Lily Allen's "Hard Out Here" soars #22-6 in its second week. It's her third top ten peaking song. The band Fall Out Boy scores a third top ten hit from their album Save Rock n Roll with "Just One Yesterday" which also features the young singer Foxes. It jumps #13-7. "My Songs Know..." (#1) and "The Phoenix" (#3). The #1 peaking "Applause" slips #3-8 this week after spending its first 15 weeks in the top five. The only reason it won't top my Year-end chart is the late release, it will sure lead this year's releases. Christina Perri scores her second top ten hit with "Human" which bursts into the top ten from #37. Lady Gaga's album track, "G.U.Y." slips #8-10.
The highest debut is "Follow Your Arrow" by Kacey Musgraves at #39. Christina Aguilera's "Say Something" opens at #68. There are several debuts in the #85-100 region I won't list. "All I Want For Christmas Is You" re-enters at #98. |

"Carolina" is not country imo Its #4 placement on the Country Airplay chart says otherwise. (I agree that it's poppy ---> there's also "Red" on the list tho)

Great list. I don't care much for "Carolina", but the rest are great! And did you mean "Mama's Broken Heart"? ;)

I personally wouldn't consider "Heart Attack" a dance song, but yay it's Top 10! Nice to see "IKYW", "Burn", "Slow Down", "I Need Your Love", and Selena on the lists :)
