Lol, I just suddenly got into "Lego House" after I heard it on a Triple A station that I was listening to for some reason. And it's semi-new in the US, so quiet

Yes, I used MovieMaker It has a lot of annoying limitations such as only being able to use one caption per clip, and very few animation and transition options. But I solved my problems with creating the clips, so it wasn't too bad. I would love to hear your suggestions anyway though, in case I switch programs in the future.

Yes, I used MovieMaker It has a lot of annoying limitations such as only being able to use one caption per clip, and very few animation and transition options. But, I solved my problems with creating the clips, so it wasn't too bad. I would love to hear your suggestions anyway though, in case I switch programs in the future.

Okay, well, the first thing I'd suggest is to change your text so that it doesn't blend in with the video behind it, either by having an alternate color border (black border for white text or vice-versa), or having some transparent banner or whatever the thing I use is called. You might be able to do a border in WMM, but I'm not sure. The other thing I'd suggest is to crop a little bit off the edges of your clips. If you look at this still, you can see a small black border at the edges of the video. I don't know why, but some official videos on YouTube still have a tiny border like that, which I've fixed by cropping the edges on mine. There are things like using a different font that could make your videos seem more professional if you wanted that (and I'm not saying mine are professional or whatever, they're not), but I wouldn't say that's necessarily all that important.

Yeah the font kinda bugged me. I couldn't find a good color, so I chose the very light gray which works on some clips, but is bad on others unfortunately. MovieMaker has absolutely horrific options for fonts unfortunately, and the banners they have annoy me, but I can put up with them I guess.

Didn't notice the border. I'll try the crop thing next time.

So it doesn't look like I'm going to catch up before I finish my year-end chart :( I'm still a week behind. Anyway, this is the last chart of 2012!
