Wow. Did all of those songs even make the Hot AC chart?
It looks like to me that he trying to fuel more Pop music on Hot AC? Isn't this the same chart as the Pop one, only he replaced "Candy Shop" with "Lonely No More." What an idiot!

This chart is identical to the CHR version of the chart, except that he replaced "Candy Shop" with "Lonely No More" on this show, since that was the only song from 2005 (up to July anyway, as this was actually a repeat of the #1 hits show that they ran back on the weekend of July 2-3) that had topped the Hot AC chart, but not the CHR/Pop chart, and he also replaced a few of the rap songs by artists like Eminem and Fiddy Cent. The question is, why didn't he place "Wherever You Will Go" by the Calling in place of one of the non-HAC songs in 2002, since that song spent, what, twenty-some weeks at #1? Especially, since I believe he was using R&R's Hot AC chart back in 2002. And WTF at "Yeah" by Usher? Two words, Rick - "This Love". So what if there was already a Maroon 5 song played that hour? I think more people would be disgusted at hearing an awful song like "Yeah" on their Hot AC station than two songs by the same artist within an hour. I think it would have been cool if he had used songs that had actually hit #1 on the Hot AC chart. I know, there weren't enough songs during the four-year period that hit #1 on the Hot AC chart, but they could have reached back a few more years. Most Hot AC stations play songs from the 90s as part of their regular programming anyway.
