Royalties are the payments a songwriter receives when his songs are played on the radio, used in a movie, etc.

It debuted at #35 on the Rick Dees Hot AC countdown. Rick Dees must be a little behind here! ;) Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Though the bullet is still strong, it has been shrinking. With HAC, you never know what will happen though.

It debuted at #35 on the Rick Dees Hot AC countdown. Rick Dees must be a little behind here! ;) LOL! Actually, he put several recurrents and hot pop chart songs that are growing on AC (i.e. "Hollaback Girl") on there so there won't be as many unfamiliar songs only making the lower reaches of the chart. This is actually a good move on Rick's part, since many radio stations frown upon countdown shows with so many obscure songs. That's probably one reason why they have so many recurrents on both versions of AT40.

I wouldn't worry about this bullet shrinking at all for the following reasons:
A. Rob already has many spins still going to his current #1 song on Hot AC, Lonely No More.
B. Still has until July 12th to be released to POP, once the song starts taking off at POP, Hot AC will start putting more juice into it as well.
C. The video has yet to be released. The video sounds really cool and will create a small buzz for the song.
Just wait until the LNM spins become spins for TIHAHB, this song will be #1 by end of August.
I tell you what, by Decemeber, Rob may have three songs on the Hot AC Top 15 once Ever The Same becomes a smash this Fall\Winter

I received an e-mail from VH1 saying that the TIHAHB video is available on their website. Dang, I'm at work and can't watch it yet. What do you guys think of it?

How is this song doing? I hear it a lot at on the radio at work, along with LNM. I know the video was just released to VH1 and should start hitting the Top 20 Countdown show this week or next. Just curious to hear what you guys think of this song's early momentum.

It barreled onto 'Casey's Top 20 Countdown' at #16, which I'm certain is the highest debut of any song this year.

I notice that this has just moved into the Top Ten (#10) on Mediabase. This is one of only two songs in the Top Ten currently with bullets. Lonely No More is still hanging in there at #3 and blocking huge momentum for this song, IMO. Just a testatment to how strong a single LNM is. I still listen to it on the album and don't skip it, which is rare for me when a single has been played to death on radio like this one has been. But I really love THIHAB and expect great things from this song. Is this destined to go #1 on Hot AC?

It'll be #7 in a few days then #5 and only Kelly's "BTHE" has a bullet at #2 but by time "TIHAHB" get's there it will be on way down. So it looks promising.

Very neat. LNM still #3. I read on some message board that someone called their radio station and they said that since LNM was still going strong they were holding off on THIAHB. But they would be playing it "soon".

I'm glad this is doing well for Rob on HotAC. It's a shame that it is struggling on pop. I don't care much for the pop format but it can't be denied that pop airplay sells records which is what it's ultimately about.

I signed up for e-mail notifications on the VH1 site for anything Rob/MB20 related. Well, I got one on 8/2/05 announcing his new single TIHAHB and it had "release date 8/2/05 " on it. Does anyone know what the impact date was for this single?
And just noticed TIHAHB has a +201 bullet and is #6 on the Hot AC chart on Mediabase.
