Dan's Notes
*This week's guest host: Pamela Anderson! And I gotta say, she's quite possibly the best guest host I've ever heard. When Gavin DeGraw filled in a few weeks back, he was... well, Gavin DeGraw on the radio. He seemed to be trying hard. But Pamela Anderson... she KNOWS she doesn't belong on radio, and so she ends up playing your typical blonde woman. I found it fantastic.
*Wow... back to back weeks where Avril has a double shot. Her record company must really know that she's bombing harshly, and they'll pay to give her as much play as possible in these last couple weeks.
*What horrible Optional Extras! I mean, I thought we could go at least 2 weeks without hearing "Daughters," but apparently I'm wrong. And an overplayed Madonna song? Dido? At least Nelly's track is still kinda catchy.
*And what the hell is with the return of "She Will Be Loved" already? GO AWAY MAROON 5!
What Songs Don't You Want To Hear Anymore?
Go ahead! When you reply, simply list the 5 songs you wish would get the f*ck off the chart. Let's compare! Maybe we ALL hate "She Will Be Loved" at this point! I'll start!
1. Maroon 5 - She Will Be Loved (I know it was only a bonus, but still...)
2. John Mayer - Daughters (again, just an extra, but STOP PLAYING IT)
3. finger eleven - One Thing
4. Train - Get To Me
5. Goo Goo Dolls - Give A Little Bit
