I heard this AC hit on the radio the other day and thought to myself "there's really no reason why this can't be played at HAC." Sure enough, its going for HAC adds this week.
I don't think it'll do anything, but a few years (well, more like 6 or 7 years ago) ago this would have probably been a hit not only at HAC, but Pop as well. In other countries, he's played among mainstream Pop artists but I think in the US he'll continue to live with the AC-only stigma.

I am really getting into this song. I also don't see any reason why this could not be a minor hit on pop radio and HAC. But, this artist is likely to be treated the same way as Josh Groban.

Josh Groban doesn't belong anywhere outside of AC. He makes Michael Bolton seem suited for Active Rock.

Does anyone else think he sounds like Don McLean?
