(Note: The chart positions after each song represent the position at which they rank on the corresponding (I think) R&R Hot AC chart - in this case, the January 26, 2007 chart.)
SURPRISE!!
I've decided to keep posting the songs played on Best Week Ever Radio after all. Now, I'm not making any promises to post each one for every single week; after all, the station I catch the show on has been known to repeat the previous week's show on several different occasions! But it's a good thing that I don't post the similar Fox All Access show, which is right after Best Week Ever Radio - they've been playing the same damned show for five weeks running! And this is not the first time that has happened. Methinks that 94.9 The Coast should drop Fox All Access, since they can't seem to get their shows to them on time. Either that, or they have a ditzy DJ that doesn't know what the f--- he's doing!
But anyway, back to this week's show. Using the January 26 R&R Hot AC chart, they played every song in the Top Ten except for "Far Away" by Nickelback, so perhaps they're done playing that song. They also seem to be done playing "Boston" by Augustana, which drops out of the Top Ten this week. As for "Call Me When You're Sober", another song they didn't play, well, that song's on its way out anyway, so... The same goes for "Too Little Too Late" by JoJo, since it goes recurrent in two weeks.
So, with eighteen songs played, and four in R&R's Top 20 excluded, that means there's two songs not yet in the Top 20 that were played, and they're right outside the Top 20. Those songs are "Say It Right" by Nelly Furtado, at #21 and "Irreplaceable" by Beyonce at #22. I expect those songs will soon be in the Top 20 (and maybe they already are - remember, I'm referring to the January 26 chart, the most current one I have).
